Dear Readers,
I read every health article submitted to my seven publications on Medium.
Each weekend, I review and choose a specific topic and compile interesting stories from my reading list. This weekend my focus was on health and fitness stories published on ILLUMINATION.
This publication hosts thousands of stories on these topics. 17,000+writers contributed to the ILLUMINATION publication that I established in March 2020 when the pandemic started. Then, I created six more specialized publications and integrated them for synergy and fusion.

One of the reasons to choose this topic was inspiring feedback from a large number of readers on a story that found discerning readers after several months. I
am glad it was discovered by a large number of readers serendipitously, as I believe my hard-learned lessons can benefit some people experiencing similar issues. It is a special story for me.
Heath and fitness are my vital interest topics. I attempt to read many articles in my content feeds related to these topics. I selected some of the stories I enjoyed very much and found valuable.
Many readers enjoy these topics and request curated stories that are easily accessible for their consumption. These two topics are also distributed on Medium, and the tags capture thousands of stories. My other publications also host many health and fitness-related stories. I will do my best to feature as many great stories as possible.
I am also a contributor to these topics as a top writer on health and self-improvement. I share my knowledge and experience on health, mental health, fitness, and lifestyle choices. I published around 300 articles related to these topics. Some of them went viral, such as this one.
My personal publication called EUPHORIA on Medium hosts my health stories. My definition of Transhumanism is going above and beyond our capabilities and living a heroic life. You can find out what it takes to live above and beyond in this story from my perspective.
Innovations add vitality to my life. I experiment with new techniques and tools safely to improve my health and fitness. However, I don’t specifically recommend my transformational tools, techniques, and approaches to others in my stories, as each of us is unique.
The techniques I used may or may not work for other people. I simply narrate my experience and perspectives and leave the judgment and choice to the readers.
My stories resonate with some readers and do not with others. I respect all readers and embrace positive and negative comments as long as they are not toxic to the community and me. Negative comments mean readers need more information. I satisfy their arguments with more relevant information.
Open-minded people enjoy learning from other people’s transformational stories. It is valuable to learn from the genuine thoughts, feelings, and experiences of other people.
The most improvement in my health happened when I changed my diet to align with my genetic makeup. You can find a few of my health stories compiled in this small collection. They are the most viewed and read ones.
Apart from diet, learning new exercise techniques and improving my sleep helped a lot. And learning how to deal with emotional, mental, and physical stress helped me thrive. The stories I compiled cover these essential topics.
Some of these writers are health professionals with many years of experience. They don’t mention their qualifications, but you can notice the authentic voice and authoritative writing styles in their stories.
