Spinach the Queen of Greens

Good health and nutrition for the body and brain

S- Spinach the queen of greens with loads of shine,

P-Prevents cancer and great for eyes to win,

I-Irresistible soups and smoothies for dieters,

N-Nutrition with low calories for weight losers,

A- Antiinflammatory and aids in good bone health,

C-Calcium and iron loaded for perfect unison,

H- Hypertension away and the brain at its peak.

This acrostic poem is in response to Geetika Sethi’s good morning challenge on greens. I like spinach and it has loads of advantages for health. It is great for the skin, eyes, bones, and brain. It also helps weight watchers to reduce. Geetika has tagged so many wonderful people to write a poem so now it is my turn to find more poets to write an acrostic poem on greens with health benefits.
