In another Food and Health course that I currently did with Standford online, I was reminded that “Foods are alive and they should die!”
So I guess when they don’t and are made to stay alive longer, it’s simply like we put a person on a ventilator. Isn’t that so? Thus with this unnatural method, how long can one pull along?
As per my understanding, I feel it’s simple logic … that the best foods come without processing and ingredient lists and they are totally alive.
Let’s use more of those than the processed ones. Incase you need to use the processed one’s, use the lightly processed ones after checking the ingredient list.
The lesser the ingredient list of any packaged food what you eat, means the food has more life to it!
And don’t forget that this life will surely add to your life too. As it’s rightly said that “Less is More!”
