Updates on Current Gaming News #11
In addition to an upgraded version of the base game, players who purchase the anniversary edition will receive a number of downloadable content.
In this article, I will be covering some recent gaming-related news. To start things off, here’s an exciting piece of news regarding gaming shows.
I’m sure you’ve heard of Arcane, the very popular show based on the game League of Legends.
Even though I haven’t played much of League of Legends, I still really enjoyed Arcane. The art style and the story were absolutely phenomenal.
Recently, Arcane became the first show based on a video game to win an Emmy. Arcane was nominated alongside Bob’s Burgers, Rick and Morty, The Simpsons and Marvel’s What If…?
Fortunately, Arcane was renewed for a second season, which does not have an official release date as of yet.
Last month, Bethesda announced that The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim will be remastered. It will be available on platforms such as Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, and PC.
Besides, it may also be coming to the Nintendo Switch. It was reported that PEGI rated the game, which means that there’s a chance it could be coming to the Nintendo Switch.
In addition to an upgraded version of the base game, players who purchase the anniversary edition will receive a number of downloadable content.
Players will also receive additional new content from the in-game creation club. If you’ve read my recent articles, you’d know I’ve talked a lot about Multiversus.
Well, here’s another piece of information about this game. It was just announced that yet another interesting character would be added to the game.
I’m sure you’ve heard of the movie Gremlins, the 1984 comedy horror movie featuring these furry monsters.
Well, the two main gremlins named Gizmo and Stripe will soon be playable characters in Multiversus. Interestingly, they’ll be two separate characters.
Currently, we don’t know the details of any move sets or what class they’ll fit in. But I’m still looking forward to what they have to offer.
This concludes my eleventh iteration of current gaming news.
