Why I publish a top responder Medium story.

Well apart from building recognition and trust through gratitude, I also get to help other writers on Medium get more exposure. Simply because I am not the “jealous” or “envious” kind!

As writers on Medium, and I’m pretty sure several other platforms too. We are all on the same mission, so, why not form a squadron? I am building a squadron or trying to at least through gratitude.

Then we have kindness and remember how I struggled to get started all those years ago. There are writers, at this very moment struggling to get traction. Because they lack recognition and trust.

By introducing many of the new writers on Medium, I hope they get the recognition they deserve. Because many of my top responders in this curated list are complete beginners.

What are the purpose and end result?

The purpose? Recognition and trust. The end result, everybody wins. This particular strategy often results in a lot more reads and comments on the Medium story.

If you get a notification that you have been mentioned, I bet your natural and immediate response is to take a look. And with a rather large, curated list of over 100 excellent Medium stories, the opportunity to learn so much more.

We are here to learn from each other, advise and guide each other. We are here to lift each other up because that is what a “squadron” does! So I guess the primary end result would be increased exposure for everyone.

Then there is also the “dash of challenge” in the message. Would you like to be on next month’s top Medium responder list? Well, then you know how to make that happen. Through commenting and reading on Medium, and by being active in this “squadron”.

Thank you for your generosity!

I always say that in my opinion, any writer is only as good as their readers say that they are. What made me a recognized writer was all of you wonderful people with your kind responses.

Many of your responses even gave me new ideas to write about. Just so it’s out there, simply check my Medium stories footer areas. All new subscribers receive 4 free gifts and have only had good things to say about them.

So, the way that I thank my audiences for their response and activity, I enjoy giving away free stuff. Original free stuff, no PLR products. But you want to read the footer area of my Medium posts to see how that works.

My current top 10 Medium stories.

Last but not least, I am including a list of my top 10 rated Medium stories I have written on Medium thus far. Based on the number of reads and comments, that is where your real Medium power lies.

Engagement is the key to moving up the content marketing ranks. In my opinion, it would seem that active content attracts the attention of algorithms. Therefore maintaining a ranking or popularity position with networking.

As can be seen from the list of my top 10 Medium stories, the “YouTube” topic is right at the top! But I suppose a content marketing strategy where you can make money on YouTube.

With affiliate marketing, and without having to make any videos! Well, that might attract a little attention, and attracting the attention it did! Over 1.6K views and a 22% read ratio!

This brings us to the conclusion of this curated list of Medium stories. But also a content marketing strategy, when you “read between the lines”, as I have mentioned in other Medium stories.

Content marketing strategies are the lifeblood of any online business or career, especially with writing and affiliate marketing. But here are hundreds of different content marketing strategies and testing them is the exciting part!

I’ll reveal a bit about this particular content marketing strategy. Mentioning other writers and authors gets you recognized. Because naturally, you want to know who is mentioning you, right? So, we have curiosity covered!

In most cases, when you mention other writers and authors, they are much more inclined to respond. Therefore, feeding the “algorithm” by keeping your Medium story active.

To the best of my knowledge, with just about any site, that is how you maintain your position in the home page feed! That is why responses, comments, reads and shares are so important.

The longer you maintain the position, the more Medium story and profile visits you might receive. Just a simple but effective content marketing strategy, from which everyone benefits!
