Dear avid readers and fellow Friends of Medium! I compiled 78 collections, that the number is very close to my age, giving you reading options from different topics. It is short but I believe there is something for everyone. I aim to find valuable stories buried under the dust for your enjoyment. Please consider engaging and sharing the stories you read. My goal in creating these collections is to increase views and the engagement rate as much as possible.
Now, our beloved ILLUMINATION is 4 years old. It is still a baby. I wonder how it will be when it comes to my age! Of course, I won’t see those days but some of you might.
By leveraging Aiden’s older video I penned a short story in my funny Aussie accent. I usually don’t speak or write like that. I hope you will enjoy it.
We added 200+ new writers. ILLUMINATION editors welcomed them in an onboarding pack. I introduced them in my birthday celebration story so you may start following those who resonate with your reading taste. We give an opportunity to new writers to mingle easily with older ones. It is the beauty of ILLUMINATION publications. Being a new writer on this platform is not easy.
Earlier today, we learned that our editor 🥰Lanu Pitan🥰 is back. We are very happy that Medium restored her account. Dr Mehmet Yildiz beautifully articulated Lanu’s golden heart in a special testimonial for her. You can learn more about Lanu’s background from this story.
He also shared his perspectives by looking at the issue from both sides. His story made me more compassionate about both victims and Medium. As my account was suspended a few weeks ago, I know how painful it can feel. But the platform needs to remove useless leeches.
Recently, I wrote a story about my thoughts on bulk suspensions. You might have heard that Medium suspended many accounts. We wrote a short piece about it if you want to learn about the details.
By the way, recently, they finally cloned a famous director of Medium. These scammers got crazy. They cloned me six times and many other members especially famous writers. They keep using new tactics to deceive readers into purchasing their dodgy writing product. I wrote another story about it titled Finally, They Cloned Buster! What Is Next? Tony? You may also check out this funny one from Marcus aka Gregory Maidman.
Aiden created a cool YouTube video for ILLUMINATION-Gaming readers and writers to delight them with some boost guidelines.
He also featured our new boosted stories, which I finished reading all of.
In a special episode, I shared some boosted stories I read. Some readers enjoy exceptional pieces so I add it here.
Aiden covers the new ones, and I focus on older stories to give readers a nostalgic experience. I add a few news ones, too, from my daily reading, or sometimes editors ping me to add exceptional stories. Each story is a gem worth your time. You may dive in, engage, and spread the word on social media so these stories can reach more readers. I tried to follow most writers I hadn’t met before, but the system stopped me after a while. I learned that I could follow only 150 writers a day, so I will try another day.
Aiden’s Collections

We added new writers today. I will add them to the end of this so you can easily follow them if you wish. You may start exploring their profiles and connect with them if they resonate with you. Collaboration is a great thing here.
Now another great editor, The Sturg joined the curation team and he posted his first and second well-designed collections. He put lots of effort into creating this. I know how challenging and time-consuming it is to create these collections. So please engage in his collections and share them on your socials.
Update on Boosting
If you are into boosting things, recently, Dr Yildiz answered frequently asked questions from writers and readers about the boost program on Medium, which gave me a few surprises as a writer and editor. I wish I had read something like this a year ago. No wonder none of my stories got boosted, causing me to pause writing, but he shows us hope.

New Interviews
Recently Dr Mehmet Yildiz interviewed another famous writer Genius Turner. He is a gem, and you might enjoy this story as much as I did. I am now following Genius to learn from his insights.

Influencing Non-Members

Today, my favorite new story on ILLUMINATION is by Dr Yildiz. I put it first because I mainly feature older stories.
