Ride On The Path Of Honour:

A Muslim’s honor depends on his adherence to the Quran, the Sunnah of the Prophet(saw) and the application of the teachings of the religion in his life.
If he deviates away From the methodology of Allah(swt) deserts the Quran and Sunnah of the Prophet(saw) and replaces this with any other methodology, then Allah will humiliate him — and make him suffer at the hands of His most evil creatures since he has sought honor in something else other than Islam.
Allah(swt) treats all people equally, and if they follow His methodology, He will grant them honor. However, if they deviate, He would not care For them. Thus, the condition of Muslims’ honor and victory is their adherence to Faith and righteous deeds.
Allah(swt) Says: {O you who have believed if you support Allah, He will support you and plant Firmly your Feet}. (Quran 47:7)
Before Islam, the Arab people were the weakest Nation in the world, but when they adhered to their religion they were reunited after separation — and literate after ignorance to the extent that they became the leaders, teachers and politicians of the entire world. They Fulfilled the promise of Allah.
Allah(swt) says: {Allah has promised those who have believed among you and done righteous deeds that He will surely grant them succession [to authority] upon the earth — just as He granted it to those before them and that He will surely establish For them [therein] their religion which He has preferred For them and that He will surely substitute For them, after their Fear, security, [For] they worship Me, not associating anything with Me.But whoever disbelieves after that - then those are the defiantly disobedient.} (Quran 24:55)
The righteous predecessors understood this Fact clearly and elaborated on it. ‘Umar ibn Al-Khattaab described the state of Arabs before Islam and said that they were humiliated people and that Allah had honored them with Islam and that if they sought honor in any thing else, Allah would humiliate them again.
Moreover, Imaam Maalik said that the latter Nations of Islam would be honored only in the same way that the earliest Nations were.
So, if Muslims want to regain their past honor, they have to revert to the Book of Allah and implement it in the form of a system, and this is what will happen soon, Allah willing, since many positive signs already exist reflecting the adherence of the Muslims to their religion.
It was From the practice of the pious (Muslim) men and women who came before us that if they were defeated by an enemy, they would scrutinise themselves and would search For the cause of this defeat.
As a consequence, if they Found in themselves any opposition to the Prophetic traditions in any matter, they hastened to change it, Following the Sunnah (Prophetic traditions) and cultivating the Ummah (the Islamic Nation) accordingly.
The fact that they were Fewer in number than their enemies proved to be of little consequence as after executing their plan of attack Allah, the Most High, would aid them, thus actualising what He, the Most High, mentioned in His Book:
"If you help Allah (strive in the way of your Lord), He will help and strengthen you."
Allah blesses those who listen to a point of wisdom and retain it, when he is invited to the right path he approaches it, Follows a leader (by catching his waistband) Finds salvation, keeps Allah before his eyes and Fears his sins, performs actions sincerely and acts virtuously, earns treasure of heavenly rewards, avoids vice, aims at (good) objectives and reaps recompense —
Faces his desires and rejects (Fake) hopes, makes endurance the means to his salvation and piety the provision For his death — rides on the path of honour and sticks to the highway of Truth, makes good use of his time and hastens towards the end and takes with him the provision of (good) actions.
So, the point is that — only Allah(swt) is entitled to all Honor. Therefore, for those who obey Allah(swt) and Follow His commandments and laws, Allah will Honor such people. Such Nations prevail and only make decisions according to the law of Allah(swt).
May Allah(swt) include us among His Obedient and Successful people. (Ameen).
