Editorial Profile of Dr Gabriella Korosi
Top writer and senior editor of Illumination Integrated Publications on Medium.
In this post, we’d like to introduce our senior editor Dr. Gabriella Korosi who is a published author, blogger, and a top writer on Medium. She works as a nurse and public health professional, also providing volunteer service to her community.
Dr. Korosi has a Masters’s Degree in Nursing and a Ph.D. in Public health. She is also a reiki master believing in the value of spirituality in our health and well-being.
Dr. Korosi joined our team several months ago as invited by our chief editor Dr Mehmet Yildiz who enjoyed her book published in the Illumination Book Chapters.
Dr. Korosi supports Illumination and other sister publication by reviewing drafts, providing valuable feedback to writers, and publishing their stories timely. She also serves as a consultant editor for the publications.
The primary goal of Dr. Korosi is to create positive change and a supportive, caring community. Her contributions to our writing and reading community are outstanding. She is also an avid reader. She started reading at a young age and gained vast knowledge in her field.
Dr. Korosi had worked in many different settings as a nurse, including hospitals, nursing homes, a clinic, and in the community as well as in-home health.
She has experience in various nursing areas, including addictions, mental health, nephrology, cardiology, clinic nursing, and community health nursing.
Dr. Korosi also has teaching experience with nursing and in group settings, and with individual patients.
She currently writes on Medium, Newsbreak, Quora, Substack, and on Vocal Media. Gabriella created her own publication on Medium called Dancing Elephants Press. She has published six books in the last three years and has a few more she is currently working on. She also posts videos on YouTube.
Her personal publication is called Stepping Toward Health. As a practicing nurse for over 25 years, she generously shares her health knowledge in her publication.
Dr. Korosi writes articles focusing on our health, mental health, public health, and wellness. She recently started a genetics series and added some articles focusing on mental health.
She has two wonderful children, a supportive family, and friends. She lives with her spouse, four cats, two dogs, and seven chickens.
Her interests are creating love and joy in people’s lives and reconnecting with nature and everything around us. She loves to write and interview people about their experiences in life. In addition, she likes to cook and create new recipes.
