Dancing Elephants prompt 1 of 52
The road out to the beach photo by Gabriella 10/1/2022 Gerhart, Oregon
I started new job about a month ago and last week I had received a journal as part of a wellness and whole health program called 52 Lists for Happiness by Moorea Seal. Moorea calls this journal an inspiration for positivity, balance and joy.
Looking at this journal I was thinking of starting a 52 week worth of prompts one prompt a week that is inspiring and brings positivity into our lives. Any of the prompts can be joined at any time in any order that is inspiring to you.
When you respond to this prompt please put in the subtitle :
In response to Dancing Elephants prompt 1 of 52.
We are planning to create a collection of these stories throughout the next 52 weeks like a living book of positivity.
Yesterday I walked out to the beach on the Oregon Coast to see the Ocean and try out my singing bowls to see how they sound by the water. It was a lovely experience.
The sound of the Ocean is very healing in itself and adding the singing bowls created a lovely harmony. The vibration of the sound has provided a relaxing feeling.
I captured a singing bowl session just a few minutes from the ocean.
Please share with us for this first prompt:
* How does music and sounds affect your life?
*Have you experienced the healing effects coming from the sound and the vibrations in the music?
Music and sound feels very healing and supportive for me. I love the sound of the crystal healing bowls, humming, mantras, people singing together.
I hope you will join this prompt, please add #dancingelephantspress as one of your tags.
This month we are also looking for fall recipes if you submit a recipe for us please use # recipes for health tag.
