You Can Finally Get a Steam Deck Without Reservation.
Gaming News

Much like everything else, you can finally buy a Steam Deck without having to reserve one. Additionally, the Steam Deck Docking Station was just unveiled by Valve, which costs $89 and will ship between one to two weeks.
The Steam Deck was initially released in February this year, but many people weren't able to get their hands on one for up to a few months. But now there is no more waiting period aside from the shipping time.
Additionally, the new docking station will be a nice addition to your Steam Deck. It features the following:
- HDMI Port
- Display Port
- 3x USB 3.1 Ports
- Ethernet Port
Thanks to these additions with the docking station, your Steam Deck can virtually function as a proper Windows PC if you install Windows onto it. But for those who are happy with the Steam Deck operating system, it’s still useful since you can play with a keyboard and mouse, as well as on a monitor or TV.
In a recent tweet, Valve also mentioned some new features which were added in a recent update. These include the following:
- Expanded docking station options
- Additional keyboards (simplified Chinese, Japanese, Korean)
- Better trackpad typing
- Improved stability in offline mode
- Various advanced control commands
- Nested menus
With all these new features, the docking station and the ability to immediately buy Steam Deck without having to wait has me really wanting one. If you would like more information on the Steam Deck, check out my post at the following link:
