Within some new gameplay footage from Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, there is a really interesting Easter egg that pays homage to the popular crime drama series called Breaking Bad.
The Easter egg is the RV that Walter White and Jesse Pinkman used to cook in the first few seasons of the show.
The Easter egg can be found within the Ground War map called Santa Sena, which will also be a part of the Al-Mazrah Warzone map. Specifically, the RV can be found amongst some other vehicles on the highway section of the map.
Although the most interesting aspect of this Easter egg has to be the five bullet holes covered with tape on the door of the RV.
This is a reference to the first episode of the show. After Walter and Jess's second cook session, they were threatened by Krazy-8 and Emilio, which led Walter to reveal his recipe.
After Walter took them to his RV, he tricked them by making red phosphorus before fleeing the RV in order to trap them inside to be poisoned.
In a panicked state, Emilio attempted to shoot his way out but didn't manage to save them. Later, Jesse puts tape over the bullet holes.
When I get my hands on Modern Warfare 2, I will defiantly be looking for this Easter egg and showing my friends who play with me.
In my opinion, this is a really unique Easter egg, and I’m glad it was added to the game.
