Daily Success Stories from ILLUMINATION
“What a Joyful Tribe!” Said Readers
2,244 shining stars are illuminating 19,910+ readers

When you do things from your soul, you feel a river moving in you, a joy. — Rumi
I am delighted to receive inundated complimentary feedback from our readers via social media, email, and other resources. The prevailing sentiment is “joyful tribe”. I loved our writers being characterized as joyful.
Our writers are inspiring and engaging. Our readers commented that these fun writers make our publication the most enjoyable platform on Medium. Many readers configured ILLUMINATION as their homepage. This is a great honor for our writers. We designed our joy collectively creating this synergy.
Some stories started trending getting thousands of views. I will share them in my next posts. My plan is to share the top ten daily trending stories in my upcoming stories. For example, today, a story by Britni Pepper received over 7,700 views with 4 min 16 sec average reading time.
Within the last six days, we had 63, 000 new visitors after a person who dislikes ILLUMINATION made defaming allegations on social media. I am grateful to that person for doing a great favor to our writers’ visibility. As my mentors advised, I learned not to hate enemies as they may turn out to be blessings in disguise. In this particular situation, it created a boomerang effect.
My focus was on identifying our top writers in many tags. Some of our readers want to explore the top writers and follow their content. I created the first version based on the information I received from our writers and created a story. I will update this story as more information becomes available.
What did ILLUMINATION writers create today?
Here is a bundle of stories that I was able to add to our distribution list today. Thank you for adding comments to create visibility to your great stories. You deserve recognition.
One of the purposes of this daily distribution is to access to our stories easily. You can read and share them easily. You can follow these great writers.
I recommend enjoying as many stories as possible from this list. If your story is not included, please leave a comment by linking your story so that readers get a chance to read your stories. There are many thought provoking stories today therefore I called it not for the faint-hearted.

Many readers are pleased to read our editor introductions.

Content Quality Focus
We strive for excellence. We make every effort to increase the quality of our stories and provide an enjoyable reading experience to our followers. Quality is an iterative process. I notice that the quality of our stories is increasing day by day. The curation rate increased.
We need to be proactive and maintain quality.
New writers: please ensure that you check your stories for typos, spelling, and grammar errors before submitting them to the publication. Our readers deserve high quality stories.
We have some volunteering editors who can perform a proof-reading for the writers from the non-English speaking background. You can search for volunteers from our Slack channel. One of the proof-reading tools our writers recommend is Grammarly. There may be other applications that you can use to improve readability of your stories
We curate valuable content for our readers; we create awareness and visibility of our content to wider audience. We also amplify Medium articles on social media to bring new readers and subscribers.
