Daily Success Stories from ILLUMINATION
Meaningful & Functional Leadership
2,134 ILLUMINATION writers are serving 19,095 readers!

A good objective of leadership is to help those who are doing poorly to do well and to help those who are doing well to do even better. —Jim Rohn

Welcome to another great day on ILLUMINATION
Every day is joyful and exciting, thanks to the creative works of our writers. Today, my focus on creating a story to introduce our editors.
Our editors are leaders in their fields, and they transfer their skills to nurture our writers. They perform multiple roles and take responsibilities. They develop our processes and procedures and adopt technology for the betterment of our publication. They come from different professional backgrounds and have extensive writing, editing, and leadership skills. They bring expertise from multiple disciplines and enrich our diversity goal.
Even though each editor is unique with different skill sets, one common attribute among them all is how keen they are to support the success of our writers. As you know, publications on Medium do not generate income; hence all of our editors provide their services on a volunteer basis. I admire the altruistic contributions of our editors.
It was inspiring to receive fantastic feedback from our writers on a clarification I made yesterday. I am pleased that our writers feel safe and confident with our service. Unlike some other publications, they know that we will not discriminate or remove them because they choose different publishing options on Medium. Some writers have already advertised their publications on our Slack and I was pleased with their initiatives. You can read the details from this story.
ILLUMINATION embraces diversity, inclusion, and collaboration. Every writer of Medium is welcome to join our publication. Each writer is important and valuable to us. When we look at the big picture, in the end, we are all part of an ecosystem. Discrimination, exclusion, and elitism do not align with integration and the universal ecosystem philosophy.
Diversity, inclusiveness, and collaboration are core values of ILLUMINATION.
Each writer and each story is unique. I want our writers to find their voices in the most efficient way. I will support whatever works for them. Writers make a choice, not the publication. The publication is the service provider, and the writers are the customers.
What did ILLUMINATION writers create today?
Here is a bundle of stories that I was able to add to our distribution list today. Thank you for adding comments to create visibility to your great stories. You deserve recognition.
One of the purposes of this daily distribution is to access to our stories easily. You can read and share them easily. You can follow the writers. I recommend enjoying as many stories as possible from this list.
If your story is not included, please leave a comment by linking your story. As of publication team, we do our best, but it must be a collective effort to bring more traffic to Medium which a collaborative content development environment. The bottom line is; the more traffic Medium attracts the more visibility our stories get. Every Medium writer should be aware of this undeniable fact. ILLUMINATION is making the best effort to contribute to this desirable requirement by giving a wide variety of attractive options to our potential readers.
To this end, it will be fantastic for each writer to take responsibility to create visibility for his or her own story. Please remember tweeting the stories you read; share them in your social media connections. We grow with support, synergy, and collaboration. Let’s wear our entrepreneurial hats and replace scarcity with abundance!
You can find our previous distribution list from the attached story.
Let’s check our publication page for more stories. Many more stories can be found from our publication page.
Update on Writing Challenge
Many writers participated in two writing challenges. You can find the activity details from these links: Challenge 1 and Challenge 2.
I compiled submitted stories as part of this challenge in a single story for easy access. There are a few new submissions today. Our readers love these stories.
Many thanks for the submissions related to both challenges. I look forward to the remaining writers to participate and enjoy the benefits of this writing challenge. We need to collaborate.
This activity is an excellent opportunity to meet new writers and develop your relationship with them. This activity can increase the number of your followers and fans. The more fans you have, the more visible and readable your articles can be. Let’s keep our vitality and create synergy.

Content Quality Focus
We strive for excellence. We make every effort to increase the quality of our stories and provide an enjoyable reading experience to our followers. Quality is an iterative process. I notice that the quality of our stories is increasing day by day. The curation rate increased.
We need to be proactive and maintain quality.
New writers: please ensure that you check your stories for typos, spelling, and grammar errors before submitting them to the publication. Our readers deserve high quality stories.
We have some volunteering editors who can perform a proof-reading for the writers from the non-English speaking background. You can search for volunteers from our Slack channel. One of the proof-reading tools our writers recommend is Grammarly. There may be other applications that you can use to improve readability of your stories
