Here’s I Became the Kim Kardashian of Life-Hacks.
Sharing the top 5 simple yet effective life hacks that transformed my life

Introduction and Context
I have no association or affiliation with Kim Kardashian, but she inspired me to post this article to share some powerful and game-changing tips. Like Kim, I love life-hacks, bio-hacks, and self-hacks.
In my opinion, Kim is a self-made celebrity using life hacks intelligently. We can learn from her outstanding skills.
The purpose of this article is to share my top five simple yet effective life hacks that transformed my life. I collected them in a book and shared the chapters on this platform.
These self and life hacks reflect several decades of search, trials, and errors in self-improvement and personal development areas. They are all-natural.
1 — Smart Sleep Hacks
For many years, I struggled with sleep deprivation. It affected my health and professional performance adversely. In addition, it caused me chronic stress, which was evident from my elevated cortisol levels and inflammation markers.
I had to do something to solve the root causes of sleep deprivation. Finally, after years of search and trial and error, I found some effective ways. The following seven points help me overcome my sleep problems. I shared the details of these proven techniques in this article.
1 — Increased Magnesium Intake
2 — Sleep Monitoring
3 — Cancelling Noise
4 — Absolute Darkness
5 — Relatively Cool Room
6 — Clean Air
7 — Blue Light Elimination
2 — Rapid Mental Boost
Long ago, mornings were the most challenging times for me. It was mainly caused by sleep deprivation, chronic stress, allergies, and autoimmune conditions. I posted several articles about how I dealt with each state and situation effectively in Transhumanism Leadership.
To gain an instant mental boost, I used the following seven techniques. I shared the details of each method in this article. It is difficult to cover all of them in this post.
1 — Cold Therapy
2 — Brain Games
3 — Mindfulness and Meditation
4 — Epsom Salts Baths and Sprays
5 — Constant Journaling
6 — Self-Conversation
7- Uplifting Music and Dance
3 — Joyful Outdoor Practices
For many years, working full time and studying part-time, I hardly had any time for my well-being. I was a workaholic, and it ruined my health.
I heard a lot about the benefits of barefoot walking, but my inspiration started in a park. One day I was terribly stressed after a failed exam and disaster at work. On that day, at lunchtime, I saw a happy couple in a park walking barefoot. They look so calm, composed, and joyful.
I admired and envied them. I was lucky to have a river and a beautiful park with green grass and many trees. But I never had a chance to enjoy these natural beauties. All my time was spent in metallic computer labs.
Inspired by this gorgeous couple, I removed my shoes and socks. I started walking on the green. It was a remarkable feeling. In less than ten minutes, all my stress disappeared. I felt wonderful. When I returned to work, my colleagues couldn’t believe my elated mood.
Then one day, friends invited me to have an Aussie Barque with lots of fresh kangaroo meat on a nearby beach. I was vegan (not anymore) and did not eat meat on those days, but they kindly bought veggie patties for me. I love mutual respect among vegans and carnivores.
The same thing happened again on that day. I saw many couples walking on the beach barefoot. They looked so joyful. Since I tried it on the grass, it was much easier for me to do it. It was even more effective than the grass.
In five minutes, I was in the correct zone. From the joy, I forgot about my veggie patties. My body and brain were thanking me. It was one of the happiest days of my life.
After these two lovely incidents, I added barefoot walking to my life-hacks toolbox as a micro-habit. Such simple things sometimes have the most significant effect on life. I shared my detailed experience and benefits of a barefoot walk in this story which brought memories of a child who cemented the idea. You can read my journey to barefoot walking in this story. Many readers of this book thanked me for this life hack. And I thanked the couples who inspired me.
4 — Joyful Workouts
As a young man, I went to the gym as a necessity for many years but always felt dissatisfied and disappointed. The people around me were with six-packs, defined bodies, and even some of them were fully ripped. I was overweight and weak. My body shamed me. This psychological feeling was driving me crazy. My self-esteem was low.
But I found a few life hacks which transformed my body and mind. These joyful exercises helped me gain six-pack abs paradoxically after the age of 50. I even got rid of my loose skin after losing a significant amount of belly fat. I shared my experience in this story titled How To Get Six-Pack Abs Without Destroying Our Health.
This chapter on ILLUMINATION Book Chapters is extracted from my book. It includes my joyful exercises such as trampoline, pull-up machines, vibration machines, and other techniques that I mentioned in this article, reflecting my workout regime during the travel times. How I Stay Fit While Traveling 100 Pushups In 10 Minutes Kept Me Lean And Joyful In Foreign Countries.
I shared these tips with Eliza, who shed 30 pounds in six months, and the senior editor of ILLUMINATION-Curated, who lost 50 pounds in five months. We all know that fat loss has nothing to with calories but a lot to do with hormones, as I explained in this article. Joyful exercising can help with hormonal balance by reducing blood glucose, stabilizing insulin, and reducing cortisol.
5 — Remarkable Dental and Skin Health Hacks
Like all good things, I neglected my dental health. Being a vegan and a fruitarian for a while on those days caused me to lose some of my teeth.
I am glad I found the ideal diet that I shared in this article. However, even though this beautiful diet contributed to my dental health, it is not the point of this hack.
In this hack, I introduced inter-dental brushing, which helped me to recover from gum disease. Using these simple hacks with a sustainable diet, I transformed my dental health.
Another side effect of eating too many vegetables was allergies and autoimmune disease, which caused my body to get inflamed. My skin was horrible due to allergies and excessive inflammation.
I found a few great ways to look after my skin. One of them was a dry brush. I shared the details in this chapter.
Takeaways
Work and study are essential to survive; however, they are not as important as our health to thrive. It took me years to learn the importance of health in my life.
After substantial experimentation, I found practical and effective ways and re-designed my life habit. These micro-habits made an enormous impact on my health, fitness, and overall well-being.
The key to self-improvement is taking personal responsibility, searching for life hacks, leveraging other successful people’s experiences, applying them to our lives, and making them a habit. Once we make these small hacks habits, they have a compound effect on our lives.
I believe Kim Kardashian uses these techniques, and we can learn a lot from her vitality, courage, and self-confidence. She shakes Instagram.
In my upcoming articles, I plan to share more life, and self-improvement hacks from my book titled Powerful Life-Changing Hacks That Truly Transformed My Life: Simple yet effective hacks to transform physical, mental, and emotional health rapidly and sustainably.
Thank you for reading my perspectives. I’d love to read your comments regarding your life hacks.
