Entrepreneurship
Do You Desire to Become an Entrepreneur?
If so, you may read these insightful stories and gain new perspectives.

Entrepreneurship is considered “a sexy job of the 21st century”. However, it is not as sexy as it looks from a distance, in my opinion. It is hard work coming with life satisfaction for some of us.
Even though it sounds like a materialistic concept like wealth building, entrepreneurship also has a spiritual connection. Many entrepreneurs end up being philanthropists. Some of them are recognized as distinguished leaders.
I collected remarkable stories that I read related to entrepreneurship in my publication. This collection may serve as a handbook for aspiring entrepreneurs offering full of ideas and life lessons.
If you plan to establish a startup venture, please review these articles first. You can save a lot of time and prevent mistakes. These selected stories are only from one of my publications, ILLUMINATION.
There are hundreds of articles related to this topic in my other publications, SYNERGY, ILLUMINATION-Curated, and Technology Hits, which I plan to compile into other collections.
I created two collections related to this topic, business and freelancing. These topics are interrelated. Sometimes people confuse the terms freelancing and entrepreneurship. A freelancer is different from an entrepreneur.
The main difference is that while freelancers sell their time as a service, entrepreneurs sell other people’s time. Thus, entrepreneurs can scale up their businesses much more prominent than freelancers.
In addition, entrepreneurs can scale up by creating platform hosting services and allowing many people to contribute and grow collectively. I shared my ideas on becoming a successful entrepreneur in this article.
Content developers, writers, and bloggers can be entrepreneurs if they learn how to scale up their writing business. I shared a specific story for writers on how to triple their income with simple actions. I believe that creative professionals like writers need to think like entrepreneurs or business owners.
There is a massive focus on entrepreneurs globally to grow the economy. They make a real difference in economic growth. They can change the shape of the economy. Many successful entrepreneurs are known as game-changers. Their innovations may create paradigm shifts.
For example, Silicon Valley entrepreneurs have substantially impacted the market globally by focusing on platforms rather than specific products. As a result, platforms grow and scale, but applications can be seasonal.
While New York was the media capital of the US for many years, the paradigm shift in Silicon Valley changed this position radically.
I reflected on these thoughts in an article titled Smart Adoption of Emerging Technologies Made California the Digital Media Capital of the World.
Apart from strong leadership skills, business experience, financial skills, design thinking, digital intelligence, and agile focus, the most important characteristics of entrepreneurs are dealing with uncertainty, rejections, and negative criticism.
Entrepreneurs must handle substantial rejections. Entrepreneurs re-frame rejections. They rewire their brain and learn to change rejections to joy. I shared my perspectives on effectively dealing with negative criticism in this story.
As I point out in this article, manifestation starts with ambiguity. Tolerance to ambiguity is an essential trait for entrepreneurs.
Many writers contribute to entrepreneurship on Medium. Entrepreneurship articles on Medium are distributed on the topic of Startups.
There is also a tag for entrepreneurship hosting 342K stories contributed by 120K writers. So when you submit a story related to entrepreneurship, please remember to tag startup, business, and leadership too. Another useful tag to use can be innovation, as it is a vital part of entrepreneurship. Regularly posting articles and tagging them helped me gain top writer status in these tags. You can learn how to be a top writer in three months on Medium.

Upon requests from our business readers, I created a story collection for the topic of entrepreneurship based on my reading list from ILLUMINATION.
Similar to previous collections, this collection may bring new perspectives on entrepreneurs' challenges and characteristics.
Most of these stories were distributed to several topics, such as startups, leadership, business, and work. Many readers enjoyed them, and I hope you will find them valuable too.
Here is my latest story on an inspiring entrepreneurship endeavor.
Chosen Stories in Entrepreneurship from ILLUMINATION
I believe you will enjoy these well-crafted pieces on this exciting topic. I provide links to stories and authors' accounts, so you might easily find the stories and contact writers of your favorite content in this list.

Conclusions
I am delighted to read these stories that provided me with interesting and valuable perspectives. I hope you will find them helpful too.
If you are planning to become a so-called “sexy” entrepreneur, the first action is to make a trade-off analysis. The key question to ask is, “what can I gain or lose in my life if I commit to undertaking the role of an entrepreneur?”.
Even though everyone can become an entrepreneur with a proper skill set, determination, and commitment, entrepreneurship may not suit everyone.
Some people want to work solo, like a freelancer or regular employee in a full-time job. This is a personal decision. There is no right or wrong choice but just what suits your goals and personality.
If you decide to become an entrepreneur, there will not be a perfect time to start a venture.
However, if you believe it is something you are interested in and suits your lifestyle goals, you can start soon with small steps. Then, by improving your skills and network, you can scale it up progressively.
You can find innovative ways to scale up your freelancing and affiliate marketing initiatives by outsourcing a majority of activities gradually.
Even though entrepreneurs take significant risks, and it is an essential characteristic, a growth mindset with a transformation focus can help you become an entrepreneur with fewer risks or a well-mitigated risk profile.
Acting with courage despite fear is essential to becoming an entrepreneur. We need to have a compelling vision, plan carefully, work smart, and stay committed to realizing our passion strategically.
By combining our creativity, productivity, business development, and leadership skills, we can become successful entrepreneurs.
The most helpful skill for entrepreneurs is learning from the mistakes of others and preventing already-made mistakes. In addition to innovating regularly, reusing and repurposing capabilities can be excellent for scaling up.
If you become a sexy entrepreneur one day, please remember these stories that initiate the spark in your soul.
If you enjoyed this collection, you may check out some of my humorous stories. I love humor and joy.
