Dental health is critical for our happiness and life satisfaction. Teeth pain can cause profound suffering if not treated timely.

I make a special effort to prevent tooth decay, gum disease, and bad breath.

This one tip helped me avoid these unwanted symptoms sustainably. I experience no more debris, plaque, and bacterial colonization in my mouth.

Who doesn’t know about the importance of dental and gum hygiene?

Dental health was crucial to me, and my secret was the interdental brush.

This straightforward tool was potent as long as I used it habitually.

Habitual use of an interdental brush substantially improved my dental and gum health.

I found that tooth brushing and flossing did not always clean between all the tooth grooves. Because of this limitation, harmful plaque and tartar can develop quickly in our dental systems’ hard-to-reach places.

In general, this hygiene practice helped me prevent tooth decay, gum disease, and even bad breath.

Reading established studies, I found that gum disease and inflammation were surprisingly linked to cardiovascular disease and other conditions.

My understanding of the mechanism from studies gave me insights. Studies depicted that gum disease led to heart problems due to the inflammation in the mouth, affecting the arteries’ inflammation.

I learned that severe inflammation of the arteries could cause the development of atherosclerotic plaques. These plaques in the arteries can increase the risk of a heart attack or even cause a stroke.

With this knowledge, I learned to pay more attention to my dental health. I became pedantic about it. A straightforward measure was to increase brushing my teeth three times a day. I used to brush once or twice sometimes.

For many years I went to a dentist suffering from minor dental problems at least once a year.

My health care organization provides free dental checkups per year.

I never enjoyed my experience in dentist rooms. They cringe at me. Tooth pain is undesirable. Teeth problems adversely affected my mental health.

My dentists talked about the importance of tooth brushing and flossing but never mentioned the importance of interdental brushing.

Interdental brushing became my secret weapon to prevent gum disease.

Several years ago, I came across inter-dental brushing from some dentistry studies, which significantly contributed to my dental hygiene.

I found that tooth brushing and flossing did not always clean between all the tooth grooves. Because of this limitation, harmful plaque and tartar can develop quickly in our dental systems’ hard-to-reach places.

I experienced that the solution to cleaning between the tooth grooves was using interdental brushes.

You may ask what is so particular about interdental brushes.

Interdental brushes are specifically shaped to reach into teeth grooves to remove debris and plaque.

I understood that excessive debris, plaque, and bacterial colonization were gum disease initiators from conversations with my dentists.

I learned and experienced that interdental brushing was the most effective solution in preventing bacterial colonization, causing tooth decay.

In addition to interdental brushing, recently, I came across a new toothpaste, including activated charcoal.

I also use activated charcoal for other purposes but have never used it for dental hygiene before.

This specific toothpaste formulated with activated charcoal helped me remove the stains on my teeth more effectively. You can check the excellent benefits of activated charcoal for gut health from this article:

Contrary to my dentists’ advice, I use natural mouth washing liquids between the brushing times to rejuvenate my mouth. With the introduction of natural mouth washing liquids, I even noticed more dental health improvement, but my dentists do not believe it. Surprisingly, for many years, my teeth haven’t got any plaques.

I respect the dentist’s views. They are esteemed professionals. However, in addition to dentists’ suggestions, I also practice my proven techniques to experience health benefits.

My true feelings and proven personal experiences drive my motivation to explore and act on the techniques and tools that work for me.

Dental health is critical for a joyful life. Therefore, I pay attention to it. I religiously and habitually protect my gums from disease. My investment paid off. I don’t have to visit dentists as frequently as I used to.

MY DENTAL HEALTH has DRAMATICALLY IMPROVED since I use interdental brushes to supplement regular brushing and flossing. I rarely visit a dentist nowadays, perhaps once a year, for regular free checkups. For a long time, my regular dentist did not observe any tooth decay or other abnormalities in my mouth.

Focus on dental health added extra joy to my life.

My diet was critical in improving my dental health, as explained in the attached article.

Here’s How Altering My Diet Solved the Unbearable Teeth Problems Sustainably.

Thank you for reading my perspectives. I wish you a happy and healthy life.
