After celebrating a major milestone yesterday, I am delighted to receive much supportive feedback from our readers via social media, email, and other resources. Readers admire the joy spread by our writers. It is noticeable in many of our stories. Our writers are continuously inspiring our readers.
Based on our daily distributions, some readers think that we practice writing rituals. I agree with this sentiment and the metaphor because writing is our modern ritual with joy and satisfaction.
I try to create many connections and relationship building activities for our writers. Today, I started compiling testimonials written for writers.
Peer review is one of the most important and acceptable forms of appreciation and recognition. Therefore, I invite our writers to create testimonials for their favorite writers. I discussed the importance of testimonials in this story.
As promised, I added more top writers and their expertise in this list.

We created a writer collaboration platform using Slack. We have 441 members on Slack. I added several writers to our Slack channel today. Thank you for the inquires and willingness to join our collaboration and innovation lab.

We have some volunteering editors who can perform a proof-reading for the writers from the non-English speaking background. You can search for volunteers from our Slack channel. One of the proof-reading tools our writers recommend is Grammarly. There may be other applications that you can use to improve readability of your stories
We curate valuable content for our readers; we create awareness and visibility of our content to wider audience. We also amplify Medium articles on social media to bring new readers and subscribers.
