Write A Catalyst — Monthly Progress. 200K+ Minutes Read, 860 Writers.

We have just begun, and this Spring will be a different one

We were never suppose to met, but progress in time has brought us together.

We reached 200K minutes read yesterday and that is just the beginning

There were many milestones that we broke since the last monthly update.

6 Days Ago we surpassed 200K views and the same day we got our 1000th Follower. (currently, we are at 1089)

We also added 4 new editors that day. To sum up we now have 20 editors including me, that would be 21.

For the one that posts daily or often on the Pub, you’ll be featured in this one, which we’ll go over in a second after reviewing a few charts.

We have just set a higher low and are on track for a new high. As Medium does not make it easy to track stories and data (all manual work, no shortcuts), if I miss you on the featuring part, please let me know later on or just leave a comment and I’ll go over and review your profile to assess your contribution to the pub. If you mainly use this Pub, we thank you.

The visitor's average is an important component that I do not focus on but it is good to know that it is slightly starting to head upward. People come because of your content, so focusing on that will work out on its own.

Number of Writers

Take a guess how do we know it is 860 writers? 880–20 editors = 860. Nonetheless, we have more incoming, let it be a timestamp for history.

The Great Purge of March

We all struggle together in March with all the uncertainty and we’re still here. The first half of March did make us or many of us go “Why are we here?” And “What is the path forward?”

Despite that clones are still everywhere, Medium has stepped up and taken responsibility instead of letting us the readers/writers report them.

If you are still unsure how to report them, here is a resource:

Many writers are afraid of reporting their own clones on their posts as it might send a signal to Medium that something is wrong with the author or their post. (the filter system that medium is a mystery, so I found a better way to report the clones)
