A Dance of Justice

In secret solitude, where none could see, A man named Li Shai pu, his heart consumed by malice, Plotting vile deeds against a woman’s dignity. She, sensing danger, played a clever guise, Agreeing to his twisted desires, she did pretend, As clothes fell, her chance awaited, wise.
Into the abyss, a pit of filth and dread, Li Shai pu gasped for breath, struggling to climb, But fear of his vengeance lingered in her head. In a moment’s fury, she struck a blow, Her foot upon his hand, she let it fall, And down he went, his hopes dashed below.

Again, he rose, determined to escape, But once more, her foot met his desperate grasp, And down he fell, his fate now sealed, no shape. Thrice he tried, his efforts all in vain, With each step, she met him with a force, Until he vanished, ne’er to rise again.
Now, let us ponder on this woman’s plight, Was her defense justified or too severe? To some, the first strike may seem right, But the following blows, they claim, went too near. Yet, put yourself in her shoes. If you dare, Imagine the fear, the worry, the dread, As a victim, would you stop to compare, If your actions, by the law, were deemed excessive or fair?

In the face of such a case, let us not forget, To empathize with those who suffer, who grieve, For in their anguish, they seek to protect, Themselves from harm, to find reprieve. So, judge not too swiftly, from a distant shore, For in the midst of chaos, fear takes hold, Let compassion guide, as we explore, And justice be served, as tales unfold.
