1/3rd of 2022 has just gone past! Time moves fast, I guess.
The last month was amazing, as we have come across the fantastic poems by the writers on the diverse topics and forms in Poemorama prompt. Such an enriched collection to keep and explore! The editors of Paper Poetry are undoubtedly delighted to run the promo for the whole month and to share the incredible lyrics from the poets across the globe with our readers.
Today’s newsletter consists of three different segments to highlight: Poemorama poems, new weekly prompt announcements, and submitted poems that were not part of Poemorama.

✏ Type: One-word Theme.
✏ Theme: ‘Mother,’ celebrating Monther’s Day (May 8).
✏ Word limit: No limits (‘texas Holdem, kidding’). Utter the emotions you feel about the persona, ‘mother’ in your own way. It can be about the persona, the memories, the happiness, sorrow, connect or disconnect, dream, event — the page is blank but wide open to be filled with your incredible words on the theme.
✏ Title/subtitle: Up to you; however, it must be relatable to the theme.
✏ Tags: Please include the following, ‘W11 Prompt’, while submitting. Also, use ‘Mother’ as one of your tags.
✏ Image use limit: 1 image only. 📷
✏ Submission period: April 30 — May 6.
Starting right now (when you see this post) until May 6 (finishing on UTC-10, Hawaii, Alaska, French Polynesia, and the Cook Islands, at 11.59 pm).
Please make sure to follow the submission guidelines. Add a handwritten part (a section of the poem, the calligraphed headline, a quote related to the Theme) or a drawing of your depiction of the ‘Mother.’
