New Medium publications introduction.
Welcome to our writing beginners on Medium.
Let’s give these new and aspiring writers on Medium a warm welcome and some support. Comment on their Medium stories and leave private notes where possible and where needed.
Let’s give them the help we wish we had when we first got started. For those that don’t know how to leave a private note. Just highlight the text when you want to suggest an edit for instance.
Then just click on the little padlocked comment icon to leave a private note. I find that these are often used with Medium publications to advise you on suggested edits to get your Medium story accepted.
When I say, “beginner writers”, I mean Medium writers with less than 1K followers. But that does not necessarily mean they are beginners; they may just have started on Medium recently.
Our job, in my opinion, is to lift them up with us. Heck, I’m one of the “beginners” with less than 1K followers. That’s only for now though. I am no stranger to writing, only started on Medium in October 2022.
I have done another post about dealing with nasty comments on Medium, after receiving one really destructive comment. Not that it bothered me, I just moved on because I have a dream to realize.
With that said, as I have mentioned earlier. Comment and leave private notes on their stories and offer advice. Kindly have only nice things to say, guidance to offer, and help to provide.
We will not tolerate responses aimed at belittling or breaking anyone down. We were all beginners once, always remember that.
I have a motto in life, “If you cannot say something good to or about someone, then be quiet!”. Always be encouraging, no matter how “bad” a beginner writer’s content is.
As professional writers, we owe it to beginners (because we’ve all been there) to offer guidance. Give them those kind words of inspiration, that might just be the inspiration they needed.
You have a choice in life, you can be humble and kind and offer guidance and advice. Or you can be the one to sink the dagger into a newbie’s heart. The choice is yours. Personally, I despise the latter.

10 Of our most-read Medium stories.
Allow me to include a short list of my own most viewed and read Medium stories for 2022 and 2023. Stating over on Medium has been a little exhausting but accelerating at the same time.
My Medium growth outgrew my expectation, and for that, I have only my awesome readers like you to thank. All your encouragement, your guidance, and abundant help are appreciated more than you know.
In less than 3 months, I came very close to an average of 200 views per day and counting but still fluctuated. Just proving that surrounding yourself with people on the same mission as you, work.
Connecting with professional writers work, as does interacting with their audiences. And let me tell you, real professionals will always encourage and guide you, they will NEVER break you down.
Below is a list of 10 of my current most-read stories on Medium, growing slowly but consistently. It’s not about speed, it’s about direction and purpose. The fact that growth is constant is quite enough for me.

New Medium publications introduction.
During 2022 we have created 8 Medium publications. Some have writers already and some do not. Therefore I would like to invite you to become a writer for any or all 8 of our Medium publications.
They target all the most searched and read topics on both Medium and search engines. It has only been a couple of weeks, so these publications are yet to “take off”.
When they do, all these keywords and search phrases also show a massive prediction climb in interest. With keyword search volume prediction. You will then grow with them.
This means chances are that when they “take off” it is going to be spectacular. There are Medium publications with hundreds of thousands of followers, and views in their millions per month. They too were once new Medium publications.
If I had started writing for these publications when they started, just imagine where that could have led. I think starting and growing with new Medium publications is an excellent long-term exposure plan.
Perhaps you want to be part of that, so when it happens you can already have several Medium stories published. Ready and waiting for floods of readers once we hit the clouds and beyond.
Yes, of course, I’m trying to “convince” you, that neither of us has anything to lose, and everything to gain. Because I want us to grow together, life is a journey, not a contest.
In order to write for any or all 8 of these publications. Simply follow the “Write For Us” tab in the navigation bar. It will take you through the steps to become a writer and write with us.
Thank you for your time reading and thank you for your support. I appreciate that more than you know. Each and every one of you is important to me.
And I am delighted to have had the privilege to meet you all. I can tell we’re going to set writing alight in this new year. Come write with us, and let’s grow together.
