Your Restful Happiness
Thank you notes #27

“Most of the things we need to be most fully alive never come in busyness. They grow in rest.” ― Mark Buchanan
Dear Lovely Readers and Writers,
Yesterday I enjoyed some glorious rest. I now believe that rest helps you be more productive, creative, and mindful of your time.
Rest often lives on the sidelines of our lives.
I discovered rest is the key to more explosive creativity, ideas, and a more balanced life.
On Sunday, I decided to lie on the couch with a fluffy blanket, some comfy pillows and watch the rest of a romantic movie. Those thirty minutes were all I needed to sink into a glorious feeling of joy.
The bliss I felt during that short rest inspired me.
This week I feel ready to tackle some projects long forgotten. I have a personal website to update, writing to add, and a content-writing opportunity to explore.
Rest is so powerful in our lives. I invite you to explore this topic!
The theme this week is:
Restful Happiness
How do you rest? Where do you like to rest? How often do you allow yourself to rest?
I look forward to your essays, articles, and poems about restful happiness!

It is to bring letters of encouragement to you each week!
I am partnering with my dear friend Vidya Sury. During the month of November, I will donate 100% of the proceeds to her work in helping underprivileged children in her area.
10% of the proceeds from this newsletter every month thereafter will go to all that Vidya does to support these amazing children.
Thank you, Vidya, for all you do to help children! You are a light in this world!
