Dear Lovely Readers and Writers,
The joy of the holidays surrounds us all. No matter what you celebrate, the light of the season fills our spirits with love.
For the next few days, my sister-in-law is staying with us. It is a joy to have her presence. Not only do we have fun chatting, but we also love to do projects together.
Usually, I decorate our Christmas tree alone. Since my sister-in-law is here, we had a blast putting all the family ornaments on the tree together. Each piece made us laugh and smile, recalling who made it or where it came originated.
From the ceramic ornaments my son, Adam, created to the little trinkets from Japan, joyful memories come flooding in.
I call it Happy Teamwork, a state of being where you lovingly work with others and have lots of fun.
The theme for this week is Happy Teamwork. Share a poem, story, or article where you had fun working with others on a project.

It is a busy and fun week here at the Ainsworth household. We are having fun celebrating with my sister-in-law in town, and getting ready for the holidays.
My wish for all of you is for you to feel joy in your heart.
Since Thank You Notes is growing quickly, I am going to ask for your help. Starting in January, I would love to welcome one or two editors to my team here.
One of the things I am working on personally is to ask for help. It is part of my growth as a person and as a writer. I love to work with others, and I look forward to bonding with all of you.
