The bad news is you’re falling through the air, nothing to hang on to, no parachute. The good news is, there’s no ground. — Chogyam Trungpa

Today was filled with revelations.

One of them was in regard to having nervous breakdowns and how negatively we view these experiences. I realized that all it takes to shift this mindset is to replace the second word with breakthrough. So, who else is having nervous breakthroughs at the moment? High-five! ✋

The second revelation was about the saying “hurt people hurt people”. If that is true, then common sense dictates that “healed people heal people” — and that is what one of this week’s prompts is all about. I’m so excited! I already have an article ready for that specific topic.

With that being said, it’s time to pull some stimulating prompts out of the KTHT magic hat:

Monday: Chaos is fertile soil for creativity

Tuesday: Fluid mind, steady heart

Wednesday: Words are spells, thoughts are intentions, actions are rituals

Thursday: Healed people heal people

Friday: Washing away any trace of toxic energies

That’s it, magical beings. Are you in? Are you out? Either way, have fun! You’re not bound by time.

Looking forward to everyone’s submissions!
