Appreciation & Recognition
2000+ ILLUMINATION writers are serving 18,000+ readers!

Appreciation is a wonderful thing. It makes what is excellent in others belong to us as well. — Voltaire

Testimonials for Writers
Today, I want to briefly touch on the importance of appreciation and recognition for the motivation of writers by their peers. To share my views on this, I created a story earlier today. My aim was to prepare the foundation for a new writing challenge. You can find my opinions on the importance of testimonials for writers from writers in the attached story.
I think Bob Jasper has psychic abilities as he submitted a story which I was going to recommend to our writers today. Bob has written an excellent testimonial for our writer and editor Rasheed Hooda. You can read this great story from the attached link.
New writing challenge
To support our cross-pollination values, I recommend you to create at least one testimonial for another writer whom you admire. Please introduce your selected writer, including some sample stories. I plan to use these testimonials as an extension to our writer bios. As you know, 250+ writers presented their bios. We share these bios with our readers. Some readers have already become familiar with some writers, and they specifically ask more stories from them. It is an honor for our writers. Adding testimonials to our distribution list can further enhance the visibility of our writers.
As samples, I have written a couple of testimonials recently.
One for Karen Madej💛
And another one for Kathryn A. LeRoy, Ph.D..
Both Karen and Kathryn are accomplished writers and editors of our publication who support our writers. I wanted to share my genuine thoughts and sentiments about these great writers. There are so many other great writers and editors that I want to show my appreciation. I will take this challenge myself and look forward to your creative and supportive testimonials for your chosen writers too. Let’s make our writers happy!
Update on Writing Challenge
Many writers participated in two writing challenges. You can find the activity details from these links: Challenge 1 and Challenge 2.
I compiled submitted stories as part of this challenge in a single story for easy access. There are a few new submissions today. Our readers love these stories.
Many thanks for the submissions related to both challenges. I look forward to the remaining writers to participate and enjoy the benefits of this writing challenge. We need to collaborate.
This activity is an excellent opportunity to meet new writers and develop your relationship with them. This activity can increase the number of your followers and fans. The more fans you have, the more visible and readable your articles can be. Let’s keep our vitality and create synergy.
What did ILLUMINATION writers create today?
Here is a bundle of stories that I was able to add to our distribution list today. Thank you for adding comments to create visibility to your great stories. You deserve recognition.
One of the purposes of this daily distribution is to access to our stories easily. You can read and share them easily. You can follow the writers. I recommend enjoying as many stories as possible from this list.
If your story is not included, please leave a comment by linking your story. As of publication team, we do our best, but it must be a collective effort to bring more traffic to our stories. To this end, it will be fantastic for each writer to take responsibility to create visibility for his or her own story. Please remember tweeting the stories you read. We grow with support, synergy, and collaboration.
You can find our previous distribution list from the attached story.
Let’s check our publication page for more stories. Many more stories can be found from our publication page.

Stories Distributed from ILLUMINATION to Medium Topics
So far five stories were distributed to Medium topics today.
A story by Meghan Gause was distributed to #business #film #history #startups.
A story by Paul Myers MBA was distributed to #leadership.
A story by Viggy Hampton, MPH was distributed to #food.

As ILLUMINATION hosts an impressive number of high-quality stories distributed to the topics from our creative writers, I compiled those stories. I aim to create awareness for the high-quality stories so that our new writers can leverage these excellent stories, model the styles so that they can improve their stories for increasing chance of curation by Medium curators. You can find the complete list from the attached story. I update it regularly.
Content Quality Focus
We strive for excellence. We make every effort to increase the quality of our stories and provide an enjoyable reading experience to our followers. Quality is an iterative process. I notice that the quality of our stories is increasing day by day. The curation rate increased.
We need to be proactive and maintain quality.
New writers: please ensure that you check your stories for typos, spelling, and grammar errors before submitting them to the publication. Our readers deserve high quality stories.
We have some volunteering editors who can perform a proof-reading for the writers from the non-English speaking background. You can search for volunteers from our Slack channel. One of the proof-reading tools our writers recommend is Grammarly. There may be other applications that you can use to improve readability of your stories
