Ben had gone, to heaven and wouldn’t return home.

His toys and games are mine now.

I explore his board games, and remove the Ouija board that Aunt Melinda had gifted Ben on his eleventh birthday, a month ago.

Ben wouldn’t let me even touch it, yelling, “This isn’t for a six-year-old girl, Lisa,”

I remember, he played with Ouija alone that night he died. I also eavesdropped soft whispers in his room.

Now, Ben can’t stop me.

I turn the lights off and lit the candle.

Can you take me to Ben’s heaven?

The planchette moves.

YES!
