Women’s Issues — Table of Contents (TOC)
A brief synopsis & links to my stories reviewing progress and new suggestions to change centuries-old practices

Synopsis
- Most important story: Recording the DNA of Every Baby Immediately Upon Birth
- Excluded: Romance articles. I almost fell for a stereotype.
TOC Methodology
- Medium has made it extremely difficult for a new reader to see your entire portfolio. Even a TOC with all of my articles is long. This post is a sub-category with descriptions and links to my articles.
- Sections: Women’s Issues
Women’s Issues
- People have no idea what labels accurately apply to them
- Slavery, Bad Programs, Men’s responsibility
- A personal copy was mailed to each justice
- The draft is nonsense
- Texas abortion law — sections can be expanded to other areas
- It has already happened to guns, schools — link to Jan 26 article included
- By instituting chaos and legalizing extortion, torture, and vigilantism
- Same people who want to control abortion
- If upheld, the state would become the new overseer
- The abortion bill may have opened a huge Pandora’s box
- The worst provisions, unrelated to abortion, may be written into every other law
- The Technical Mistake, The Wrong Basis, Technology, & Hypocrisy
- The woman generally puts in the time and work to care for the child, just based on anatomy and the structure of the universe.
- Men can’t do all things for the child, but they can work for 18 years to provide financial support.
- The sex act itself would set up the 18-year obligation and a pregnancy would exercise that option.
- Currently, women take all the risks with sex. Men take none.
- DNA at birth immediately identifies the sperm provider. Other things, like the voting process, criminals and law enforcement, insurance, medicine, international travel, child support, credit verification, and who knows what else, will change too.
- Physical credit cards may disappear and cash could become almost obsolete.
- What would happen if women in the U.S. didn’t? Currently, it’s a huge burden to change her business cards, passport, driver’s license, credit cards, bank accounts, health record links, Facebook account, and who knows what else.
- Logically, it makes no sense except to show ownership by the man.
- Women in many other countries don’t change their last name. This article examines some of those customs and some strange ramifications here in the States.
- They’re not limited to race, age and gender — which get the most publicity.
- Stereotypes and prejudices start at a very young age with extremely subtle training via surrounding conversations by parents and friends, TV ads and movie situations.
- Romance, especially novels, is generally associated with women and I almost fell for it by having two sections here, Issues & Romance. Fortunately, I realized it in time and Romance will have its own TOC.
- Someone said, “Antiabortionists are so worried about the fetus, but don’t care about the baby after it is born.”
- The Supreme Court made one big mistake with Roe-v-Wade when addressing the first half of that statement. They inserted a fuzzy middle between two solid decisions — room for constant bickering. I addressed that on 5/28/2019.
- Mississippi used the fuzzy middle for this case: Supreme Court to Review Mississippi Law Limiting Abortion Rights — WSJ (May 17, 2021)
- Also, the Court, Congress, religions, nobody, seriously mentions the other half of the abortion problem. This article identifies both parts and proposes a workable solution.
- Let those that are opposed to abortion become accountable for their actions and incur some real responsibility.
