Emergence & growth

Monday blessings, truth-seekers!💜

How do you relax in the moment and let the Universe do the driving? How do you trust that you won’t crash? I guess there’s no other way to go about it but to take a leap of faith — to believe that the Universe is a gifted driver. It might be a bumpy road ahead, but the steering wheel is in good hands.

I’ve been craving freshness in these prompts for a while now, especially as far as the questions are concerned. Don’t get me wrong, they were all effective in terms of triggering self-reflection, but the wording wasn’t carrying that creative spark with it anymore…

I started developing a mini journaling series and I tried my best to be as innovative with the wording as possible. The first one is called Me to Me and it focuses on embodying our fullness and tuning into our sense of resonance and truth (you can read more about it here).

So far it’s going very well and I want to give you a glimpse into it with this week’s prompt:

How can I reclaim emotional intimacy, courage and transparent relationing?

As you can see, the question includes 3 significant aspects of life: emotions, courage and relationing, therefore the prompt is going to be split into three parts as well:

Monday → how to reclaim emotional intimacy (authentic sharing of thoughts and feelings)

Wednesday how to reclaim courage (strength in the face of pain/grief)

Fridayhow to reclaim transparent relationing (honest, intentional communication)

The answers are going to be unique to each person and that is the most fascinating part about this whole process. ♡

To say I am excited about what everyone is going to uniquely & creatively craft is an understatement! It feels like a whole new chapter is starting — one that feels soothing and untroubled.

Okay, ladies and gents, I think this is all for now. Please do enjoy the week to the max!
