Summary

A group's picnic is transformed by a rainstorm that saves a baby frog from a kite, symbolizing hope and new beginnings.

Abstract

During a picnic at Surajkund in India, a group of friends witnesses the dramatic rescue of a baby frog from a kite's talons by a sudden rainstorm. The incident underscores the importance of rain as a life-giving force that not only nourishes the earth but also provides a second chance at life. The rain's arrival disrupts the kite's predatory pursuit, allowing the injured frog to call for help and reunite with its companions. Hope For A Fresh Lease Of Life With Rain

Fresh rain brings hope of survival and a new beginning in life.

Fresh rain always brings hope for survival and the beginning of something new and beautiful in life. Yet we do not view it in that manner. We crib and say that it is raining and I cannot go out or my plane or train got late.

I saw a miracle with fresh raindrops. My friends and I had gone to a picnic spot called Surajkund in Faridabad, Haryana in India. We were a group of five and were hanging out with jokes and memories. It was a hot cloudy day and we were hoping that it would rain soon and the weather would cool down.

While we were joking and having fun, there was a group of young children playing cricket outside.

Suddenly we saw a big kite (Small eagle) that was flying high descending. We saw that it was carrying a small baby frog in its beak. The frog was bleeding and crying with its guttural sound.

The kite was looking for a place to drop it, kill it and eat the remains of it and had no mercy.

Suddenly it became dark, dull and gloomy and the clouds started roaring with a trace of thunder. The children kept playing as they thought it would pass.

Suddenly, they stopped playing as we all heard a loud thud sound as though something had fallen. The prey was no longer in the beak of the Kite. Accidently with the frightening sound of the clouds and a light shower of the rain, the Kite must have let go of its prey.

The Kite began to go round and round looking for its prey. Then it tried to attack the children and they suddenly ran in.

We turned and in the mud puddle, the little breathing frog lay quietly looking just like mud. No one could make out whether it was living or lifeless. It closed its eyes and tried to cover himself away from his tormentor

When the Kite left, probably disappointed that it had lost its prey, we saw that the frog began to move and make a guttural sound calling its friends. Then we saw the rain coming softly down and we could smell the earth. The whiff of the earth is nostalgic when it rains.

The frog, hurt and bleeding a little started moving about in the water making a sound with the splashes of the water. His guttural sounds had been heard and since frogs move about in the water, we saw a line of four or five frogs that came to the call of the baby frog.

The frogs went in a procession with the baby frog and were soon gone. The rain had brought hope and survival instincts with the feel of the water and the whiff of the earth.

The Takeaways

We should never lose hope! The rain is a sign of blessing and hope of survival and new beginnings. It is a reminder that if we are able to combat our situation and condition and have survival instincts, we can hope that rain will bring hope to us for a better future.

To conclude

The moral of the story is to have Trust in God and gratitude for each wonderful day. Rain brings fresh hope for everyone. Do not take his blessings for granted. Never lose hope.

Try to help yourself. The frog hid and looked just like the earth and lay down lifeless. Also, call out when you need help. If you hope you will be able to get help and recover,

Thank you rain for giving hope and life to everyone. Rain can never be excluded from our lives. Not only animals, but plants also need rain to grow, be nourished and give us food. Human beings cannot survive without water and that comes from rain.
