This post introduces Arthur G. Hernandez, senior editor of Illumination Integrated Publications since their inception.

In fact, Dr Mehmet Yildiz discovered Arthur in his leadership circles and invited him to write and become an editor for Illumination.

Arthur accepted the offer among the first 100 writers when Dr. Yildiz started the publication. Since then, he has contributed to the growth of these publications as a writer, editor, thought leader, and consultant despite his busy lifestyle.

Now, more than22,000 writers contribute to Illumination Integrated Publications, including ILLUMINATION, ILLUMINATION-Curated, ILLUMINATION’ S MIRROR, ILLUMINATION Book Chapters, Technology Hits, SYNERGY, Readers Hope, Illumination on YouTube, Illumination Gaming, ILLUMINATION’s Blog.

Arthur grew up with a few medical restrictions. However, he still had an adventurous childhood. When he was a teenager, he became excited about studying the art of leadership.

He continues to study. Leadership for him started as an interest, then became a hobby, afterward a passion. He invested over 33 years of his personal study on leadership.

He has been working since the age of 12 when he got a job as an arts and crafts teacher for younger kids. He has always had jobs such as teacher, tutor, trainer, supervisor, and manager.

Most of his management jobs were in a retail environment. They helped him with his study of leadership. As a result, he had an opportunity to experiment with his ideas and knowledge.

Arthur married at a young age and started working to support his family. He has been married for 25 years and has five kids, two boys and a girl, and a set of fraternal twin boys. They keep him on his toes. Despite having grown up with poverty, frustration, and desperation, he managed to create a good life for his family. Because of those difficult experiences, he understands pain and suffering. Therefore, he always acts with empathy and compassion to other people from all walks of life.

As an excellent team player, Arthur respects us. When we have a problem, he listens to our concerns carefully with no judgment. He tries to understand first before offering any solution. He always inspires and uplifts us with his leadership traits.

Whenever we have difficult problems, Arthur is the first we seek for team advice. He always gives us valuable perspectives. Currently, he is undertaking an executive role with massive responsibility. Therefore, he spends less time in publication queues. However, when we need advice on policy issues, he makes time and supports us as a consulting editor. We are grateful for his contributions.

In addition, Arthur has significant knowledge of business and data practices. Moreover, he can quickly capture data, process it efficiently using his tools, and produce informed results. He helped Dr Yildiz with statistical analysis of publication progress multiple times. For example, he reviewed curated articles and found remarkable patterns in them, giving valuable insights to our writers to improve their writing craft.
