Rise n’ shine, gorgeous! 🌼

It’s the 1st of March! A month filled with transition, as the land begins to free itself from the “death” grip of the Winter. A natural and welcomed process of change, movement and flux that we can either choose to oppose resistance to or embrace, using nature as our muse and guide throughout the process.

The prompts for this month will include questions that will require introspection, but also concepts and ideas related to transformation, renewal, recalibration, etc. I am very excited to introduce them to you, equally as much as I am to read your inspiring articles. I hope, as always, that these prompts will trigger many “a-ha” moments and will fill your creativity reservoir up, so you can begin pouring your energizing words onto this platform.

Here’s what I have in store for you this first week of March:

Monday: How can I cut through the noise and get to what’s important?

Wednesday: How can I balance conflicting areas of my life?

Friday: How can I silence my inner critic?

Bonus question: What is the theme of my journey this month?

That’s it, dear friends! Remember, there is no right or wrong when it comes to these prompts. There just is! So feel free to submit any style and format & keep in mind that these prompts are purely optional, serving as a means of inspo.

For those of you who don’t feel comfortable sharing stuff publicly, I will be releasing lighthearded, inspiring prompts (for Tuesdays and Thursdays) tomorrow.
