Every great personal-development teaching has said that our external world is a direct reflection of our inner world, which means if we’re having unpleasant experiences externally, it has something to do with what’s going on internally.

Have you ever found yourself in a position where negative things constantly happen in your life and no matter what you do you can’t seem to change the situation to better your life? When this happens, it's easy to point figures at the external world. We blame our financial and career problems on the bad economy and our relationship problems on the other person.
