Dr Mehmet Yildiz established ILLUMINATION Book Chapters in 2021 to allow authors to re-purpose their published content and present it to a new audience in story format.
This publication has been crafted to empower published authors by increasing their prospects of attracting new followers and fans who appreciate their content and even want to purchase their books.
Given the expansive pool of contributing writers across the ILLUMINATION network, this distinctive service can immensely benefit published authors.
As accomplished authors amass new followers and fans, they also gain the opportunity to monetize their existing content on Medium while following copyright regulations and Medium’s publishing guidelines.
In today’s digital age, content is the ultimate ruler, and the science and art of re-purposing it is not an insurmountable challenge but a valuable skill that writers can readily harness.
Our mission is to serve as your guiding light, assisting you in the meaningful promotion of your content on Medium. Our editors enjoy curating and promoting book chapters in various collections.

We encourage three types of submissions for this publication, with plans to reassess and expand our scope as requested by our readers.
So, we accept draft submissions of your book chapters, book reviews of other authors, and testimonials for book authors, story writers, or poets.
You can add a link to the original version of your book with your writer’s profile and a link to your website.
Submission Guidelines
The purpose of these guidelines is our commitment to delivering high-quality content to our discerning readers. Therefore, we insist that all stories undergo thorough proofreading and editing to meet our stringent standards.
We value diversity and variety, which means there are no topic restrictions as long as the stories adhere to Medium’s policies and our values.
We cover over 70 topics, emphasizing meaningful content for our readers. We expect to cater to more topics as our writers and readers propose. We do not censor content as long as stories comply with Medium’s guidelines.
We strive for excellence while recognizing that perfection isn’t mandatory. Our approach is pragmatic and grounded in the belief that every writer can enhance their craft through feedback from readers, editors, and fellow writers.
Our ultimate goal is to offer our subscribers an enjoyable and fulfilling reading journey.
Since Medium now requires paid membership for the Partner Program, we will also include stories of members for this publication to maintain our high standards and commitment to our loyal readers.
However, our other publications still support non-members.
Except for the Lampshade of ILLUMINATION, our publications don’t accept AI-generated content. You may learn about our AI writing policy.
In addition to Medium’s distribution guidelines, ILLUMINATION-Curated has established a specific set of criteria to enhance the quality of publications.
Here’s a summary of our expectations
As you are an experienced or accomplished writer, we don’t edit your content. Therefore, self-editing or services of your personal editors are necessary to meet our readers’ expectations.
Ensure your writing is clear and easily comprehensible. Use straightforward language and avoid jargon that might confuse readers.
Before submission, thoroughly review and edit your work. Eliminate grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors to maintain professionalism.
Your content should be informative, engaging, and entertaining, offering readers fresh insights or valuable knowledge.
Consider the reader’s perspective, informational and entertainment needs, and the effective means of conveying your message.
If you write non-fiction books, uphold truthfulness and precision in your writing. Avoid misleading or deceiving readers with false information.
Support your claims with evidence. For example, illustrate their reasoning logically rather than merely stating your opinions.
Strive to create an enjoyable reading experience. Organize your chapters logically and ensure they flow smoothly. Adhere to correct formatting guidelines, including font type, size, and margins.
