What the stars say about how people view personal massagers

Are you interested in using sex toys with your partner, but you’re not sure how they will respond? If you want a hint of what to expect before having the sex toy conversation, you may want to first look to the stars.
In a survey of 2,000 people aged 18 to 39, sexual wellness brand SKYN®, which is part of the LifeStyles brand portfolio, asked participants how they feel about personal massagers — and the extent to which the Internet influences their views.
However, researchers found that the Internet was not the only influence: There were also trends that emerged based on people’s astrological signs. How does your sign, or your partner’s sign, generally feel about personal massagers? Here’s what the 2022 SKYN® Sex and Intimacy Survey revealed:
- Capricorn: Least likely to feel comfortable using a personal massager during a first date.
- Virgo: Most likely to talk about personal massagers with people in their workplace.
- Pisces: Most likely to use consumer reviews of personal massagers when making purchasing decisions.
- Libra: Least likely to use expert advice when buying a personal massager.
- Aquarius: Most likely to buy a personal massager after reading posts from social media influencers.
- Cancer: Most likely to buy multiple personal massagers in a year.
- Leo: Most likely to incorporate tips they learned on social media into their sex lives.
- Gemini: Most likely to buy a personal massager to use during solo sex.
- Aries: Most likely to let other people know they have personal massagers.
- Sagittarius: Least likely to use social media posts about personal massagers to make buying decisions.
- Scorpio: Most likely to buy a personal massager online and not in a brick-and-mortar store.
- Taurus: Most likely to use a personal massager on a first date.
No matter what the astrological sign, the survey provides interesting insights on how people make decisions about the sex toys they buy, as well as how they use them.
