Strong women don’t have attitude, they have standards

We need women who are so strong they can be gentle, so educated they can be humble, so fierce they can be compassionate, they can be rational, and so disciplined they can be free — Kavita Ramdas

We all admire high success stories especially when it features strong and successful women.

Have you ever admired a super-strong woman who seems to hold her own?

You see her chatting comfortably at meetings, with strangers, an aura of self-assuredness hanging over her head. She’s the one with the freedom, independence, and opportunities that not too long ago, were only a figment of women’s imagination.

With all the girl boss books, female anthems, and calls from Beyoncé to get coordinated — there is no excuse to feel anything but empowered in your womanhood. We are successful in our own rights, we are breaking boundaries, and writing our own rules to live rich and fulfilling lives.

I applaud Britney Spears when she can let the world know her financials, and mental state, and how she has been ill-treated for decades by her own family.

Similarly Simone Biles, Naomi Osaka redefining sports and making mental health a priority, and showing what they have to go thru to keep up with other people’s expectations when in reality they are slipping away and losing their peace and worth.

And these are not a sign of weakness. IMO it needs guts, confidence, and a high sense of self-worth to know when to pause and take a break. And I consider them as HIGH-value Women.

Never Apologize for having high standards. People who really want to be in your life will rise up to meet them.

We all can relate and understand the struggles, backslashes, balancing house and career, of course breaking off the high glass ceiling. As women, we are trained to wear as many as caps we can without taking a pause moment from centuries. But I am so glad to see when women are stepping up and making it normal so that women like me can look up to them.

Next time you are unsure about taking time off or saying No to something. let them be your inspiration to say YES to YOU and your well-being.

If you’re always trying to be normal you will never know how amazing you can be. — Maya Angelou

If you notice, in most of the stories, they are just like us and there may not be anything extraordinary in them.

Being High Value doesn’t mean you are extremely self-centered or you lack empathy.

She dusts off and keeps it moving. Everything about her oozes vigor, charisma, grit. Then what is the difference and what is the secret of their success?

Women today have freedom, independence, and opportunities that were undreamt of only a decade ago. And with that comes power. This is where the high-value woman comes in.

She knows herself, she knows what she wants, and she isn’t afraid to pursue it. But what exactly is a high-value woman.

Her secret? She acts confidently to feel confident. On the other end of the spectrum is an average woman who tells herself that she must feel confident before she can show up confidently. It never happens.

Take the front seats.

A high-value woman is many things, but above and beyond, she is a woman who knows her value and only wants people in her life who values her, too.

Pursuing a high value life is really about becoming a well rounded person that bring values to the lives of other people around them.

This is the path to a more fulfilling, elevated and upgraded existence.

There is no force more powerful than a woman determined to rise.
