It’s never too late to restart your life or do things that you never dared to do before.

You are hustling day in and day out, rushing through your mornings, despising Mondays, and surviving for the weekend to come.

I have hustled throughout my life, I didn’t love my body, had no idea what mindfulness is, felt stuck, and indulge in self-negative chatter:

My life is pointless. I will never be able to do that. Who would want to read my writing? I am not worthy of getting good things.

Realization

After years of hanging on the couch, watching TV shows, and binging on my fridge, I have turned to redesign my life.

It is time to live.

It turns out, you have more control over your life than you think.

You are in charge of your thoughts, beliefs, and choices.

You decide how to choose to spend your time and see yourself in this world.

You have power over your mind — not outside events. Realize this, and you will find strength. — Marcus Aurelius

To conquer life, all you need to do is to fall in love

The thing is your thoughts influence your behavior, behavior created patterns, and patterns impact your results.

So if you want to create a successful life, the first step is to upgrade the mindset.

You need to build a loving relationship with yourself and life.
