Law Of Attraction — Is It Real?
You are the one who calls the law of attraction into action, and you do it through your thoughts.
You become what you think about most.. But you also attract what you think about most.
Last week, I was out to have dinner with one of my friends. As we start conversing, she mentioned the power of the law of attraction and how it is helping achieve her dreams.
It’s the reference to the book — The Secret by Rhonda Byrne. The Law of Attraction has generated attention in recent years due to this book.
We both have read the book and start discussing if it actually holds any significance in any of our life.
The law of attraction is a philosophy suggests that positive thoughts bring positive results into a person’s life, while negative thoughts bring negative outcomes. It is based on the belief that thoughts are a form of energy and that positive energy attracts success in all areas of life, including health, finances, and relationships.
Though it lacks scientific evidence for its claims and is generally viewed as a pseudoscience. It more of a psychological and a mindset.
As per the wiki page — A key component of the philosophy is the idea that to effectively change one’s negative thinking patterns, one must also “feel” (through creative visualization) that the desired changes have already occurred.
This combination of positive thought and positive emotion is believed to allow one to attract positive experiences and opportunities by achieving resonance with the proposed energetic law.
In simple terms, the Law of Attraction is the ability to attract into your life whatever you focus on.
My Definition of The Law of Attraction
For those of you who know me personally, I am a big believer in hard work, perseverance to achieve anything in life. Thru my experiences, I believe that clear intent or consciousness also plays a role in where are you going to end up.
Through my own experiences in life, I discovered that The Law of Attraction works when you tune your thoughts and actions to the frequency that’s in harmony with what you desire and what you really want to achieve.

You take the time to motivate yourself into taking action towards transforming your dreams into reality using your magnetic power in your everyday life in each aspect of your life.
How to harness this all-powerful and universal Law of Attraction to create the life of your dreams?

Life is a blank canvas of possibility; you are in control of what the finished picture could look like. You can incorporate simple things in life such as:
*Practice positive self-talk
*Daily positive affirmations
*Declutter your environments
*Harness positive habits — like journaling, true to your emotions and feeling.
With these simple steps, you can create an environment and a mindset that speak to you.
