New Publications and the Art of Sharing

Shining a light on some new publications that enrich Medium

Quote that Keno Ogbo took from one of my stories. And published in Tiny Life Moments.

We are all writers. And we love to be read. We have stories to tell. And if they land somewhere on fertile ground, it makes us feel happy. And appreciated. And seen.

The world thrives on appreciation and seeing each other. Not just watching but really seeing. Underneath skin colors, underneath differences, underneath gender, underneath age. We’re all just human beings, wanting to be appreciated.

Giving our gifts.

Being unique.

Feeling treasured.

When the top picture was shared within the publication Tiny Life Moments, I felt grateful. I shared a story close to my heart. And Keno Ogbo appreciated the story enough to take a quote, make it very beautiful, and shared it with her readers. That’s creating value out of value.

This is the story that the quote originates from.

This is the story in which Keno shared my quote.

So in this story, I would like to share some new publications with you that create value. They are all unique. Adding value in the realm of storytelling. Serving their own niches, reaching their unique group of interested readers.

Tiny Life Moments, edited by Keno Ogbo.

This is a great publication with stories that touch lives. All the stories are formatted kind of the same way. They share a tiny life moment in less than 120 words, in the middle part they elaborate on the moment, thoughts and feelings. And at the end, in bullet points, it shows the Takeaways.

Here is a story by Josh Kiev in the publication.

And another one by Alison Tennent.

The Wide Open Space, edited by B. A. Cumberlidge.

It’s a place for relaxing. For honest stories about all life’s challenges. And for fun. Here are some stories to give you an idea.

This one is about a memory told by former firefighter Timothy Key. He has so many great adventure stories to tell, his life could fill many books.

And this one is written by Diana C.

Polyglot Poetry, edited by Salam Khan, Kevin Buddaeus, Dipti Pande, and Paul Myers MBA.

This is a niche publication for all language lovers. We have so many great poets on Medium and some of them speak more than just English. And they also write in more languages than just English.

It enriches our world. All these different languages. All these different cultures. All these different perspectives on our beautiful home for all.

I loved reading this poem, written by Somsubhra Banerjee. The words in Hindi speak to me although I can’t read them. They are like the secret code in my youth. It triggers my imagination!

And here’s another great poem by Elizabeth Marchetti. This one’s in English and Italian.

And of course, I want to mention two publication close to my heart, because they concentrate on our love for Gaia and living sustainably.

The Earth Guide, edited by Agnes Laurens concentrates on the Earth and its beautiful creatures.

The Earth and Me, edited by Kayli Kunkel, is a publication concentrated on all things sustainable. It inspires us to be zero-waste, to support sustainable entrepreneurs, to educate ourselves in environmental justice, and live creatively. Find joy.

Here are some stories by Elena and Shamontiel L. Vaughn.

Heart Revolution, edited by FILZA CHAUDHRY.

Filza is spreading love into this world with her publication. A worthy cause!

Here’s a story by Vicky Prokopi.

and another one by Ravyne Hawke.

Conclusion

Medium is for writers, yes. But in essence, Medium gives great value to readers! These new publications prove that reading is worth your while. And if we all enjoy the reading, there will enough eye-time for all of us writers to go around as well.

Sharing is caring. And combining different social media is giving lots of exposure to the messages we like. This is the tweet I sent when Keno share my quote. Gratitude multiplied!

Happy reading! Happy sharing!

And a special mention for a new Illumination project, initiated by Dr John Rose. It is called The Gaia Project and it features all kinds of stories about Gaia theory, complexity theory, love for our planet, and environmental action.
