Thank you B. A. Cumberlidge. for the tag. It was only after reading your post that I realized I have a mantra, or a multitude of them, rather. Really enjoyed sitting down and reflecting on some of the words of encouragement I repeat to myself in times of need, so, once again, thank you for the opportunity. The more self-aware, the better.

1. All obstacles shall be transformed into life lessons.

2. Trust the journey even when you don’t understand it.

3. Exist on your own damn terms.

4. Before you start stressing, ask yourself: “Is it even that deep?”

5. Let go of the illusion that it could’ve been any different.

And last, but not least…

6. You can do big & scary things.

I’d like to tag Amy Marley, Ravyne Hawke and Devieka Bopiah as well. They are incredibly strong women and it would be lovely to discover what mantras help them navigate through life.
