You are serving a customer, not a life sentence. Learn how to enjoy your work. — Laurie McIntosh

On ILLUMINATION, we see our readers as our customers. We respect their demands, and we enjoy serving them. We customize our topics to their needs and provide a variety of options to give them an enjoyable reading experience each day. I keep close contact with our readers using various access methods. I will share my findings in my upcoming bulletins.
As you may know, Medium provided a new Newsletter option to publications. I noticed that we had a large number of subscribers. By taking advantage of this new tool, I sent our first News Letter.
The experience was tedious for me. Even though the concept of the News Letter looks interesting, unfortunately, the tool was buggy. I had to edit text multiple times as it was reverting the content changes. I understand there may be some teething problems for any new function.
I used to send our distribution list using the previous Letter function, which was more robust. I did not see any additional features.
Attached is the web version of the newsletter I shared with our subscribers. Even in the story format, despite changing the image, selecting a new default, and refreshing page, it still shows the cached image.
What did ILLUMINATION writers create today?
Here is a bundle of stories I was able to add to our distribution list today. Thank you for adding comments to create visibility to your great stories.
More stories can be found from our publication page.
