3 Warning Signs of False Teaching to Watch Out For

1. It Only Acknowledges The Light
The new age movement was safe in the beginning, but it no longer is. It’s in big trouble, just like religion. The movement was started when people broke through the occults and the many religions and looked forward to the age of Aquarius which promised light and freedom but like religion; it is being used to present people with a fake version of the live thing to prevent them from experiencing the live thing.
Religion made people feel as if they were external to God and that they needed a middleman to experience God, but many people woke up and went searching for the true light and that's when the new age movement began. As many people flocked to the new age movement, many false prophets and teachers crept in unnoticed and their only mission is to corrupt it like they've done religion.
These false teachings only bring destruction and distraction.
The new age is now filled with teachings that foster a false light, toxic positivity, toxic passivity, and toxic femininity or masculinity. It tells you that everything is light and love and there’s no darkness to fear. They tell you the evils of the world will disappear as long as you turn off the news. They tell you that you can lie on your bed at night and manifest whatever it is you desire. It tells you that ego is the enemy and you must get rid of it. It says masculinity or femininity is a problem.
Their mission is to make you ignore all the evil in the world so it can go on. It wants you to waste all of your time trying to manifest things when you could be taking all the inspired actions. It wants you to kill your ego.
If something terrible is happening, it’s your ego that jumps in and takes action. Although the ego is childish in its ways, making your ego the bad guy is the worse thing you can do to yourself.
False teaching will never talk about the evils of the world and solely focus on the light, but just because something shines like light doesn’t mean it’s pure. A torchlight gives light, but it’s not the sun. Evil people will often disguise themselves as servants of righteousness and no wonder, for even Satan disguises himself as an angel of light.
Don't be fooled.
Just because something is attractive doesn't mean it's good. Light will always attract things. Place an artificial light in the middle of the forest and you will attract all sorts of things.
Everything that shines isn’t true and all that glitters isn’t gold.
False teaching will paint the masculine and the feminine as two forces against each other, but the masculine and the feminine are not enemies. Any teaching that villainizes the masculine or the feminine and makes it look like one of the two is better than the other, or that one of the two is the cause of all the problems in the world is absolute false teaching. These two are lovers and must always be made to love. Set the masculine and feminine against each other and you destroy and create discord within yourself.
A true teacher will not stand with or against the masculine or feminine. These two aren’t enemies. It was never good for man to be alone. Though one may be overpowered, two can defend themselves. When the feminine intuition and masculine ego work together, no harm comes near you.
Also, certain false teachings will demonize anger, but anger is a force you can use. We live in a world where we battle with powers and principalities, so you need to fight with force. If the battle was against flesh and blood, you could win, but sometimes, certain situations like spiritual warfares call for a little aggression. You can’t go to war wanting to slay some demons but being too passive to fight.
You’ve got to feel a healthy dose of anger at some point. True teachings will not make it look wrong.
On the scale of consciousness, anger is a higher vibration than apathy, shame, fear, and grief. You must go through anger to get out of the denser emotions. Instead of always being sad and apathetic all the time, be angry for a little while and you may find the courage to rise up.
True teachings will not condemn the ego. Just like the soul, the ego is a valuable member of the team. Just as intuition is the guidance system guiding you on the things that are not visibly seen, the ego guards you in this physical world.
Ego is not the enemy. The enemy is the thing that comes to rile you up. Don’t punish your ego. Put it in the backseat and let it watch your back. The backseat is the perfect place.
True teachings will speak of the light and also the darkness. It acknowledges good and also evil. It accepts the good days and the bad days. The masculine and feminine are on the same team and it speaks of light emotions as well as heavy emotions.
2. It Refuses to Acknowledge Evil
There is so much evil festering beneath the surface and all you need to do to feel it is tune in. The massive shadow of the planet is rising to fight and all you need to see is to look at it. Completely ignoring evil, as if it’s not there, doesn’t make it go away. Pretending you don't see the shadow won't make it go away, either.
Many false teachings will completely refuse to acknowledge evil. If you pay no attention to the evil, you live life thinking it’s all good. You don’t stay on guard. You don’t keep watch. You don’t stay awake and you go to sleep with the door to your mind and to your home wide open so the enemy can come in at night to steal, kill, and destroy you and your household.
Nothing is as it seems.
Many of these teachings will say if you go looking for shadows, all you will find is more shadow. It’ll say forget about the shadows and just look into the light, but make that mistake and the things that live in the shadows grow until it's big enough for a fight.
When you know evil lives nearby, what do you do? You guard your heart and lock the door into the innermost rooms of your mind, so evil has no means to enter. You lock your doors at night because you don’t know what time the evil one will come. You keep watch and when evil comes; you rebuke it.
By refusing to talk about the evil that is brewing in pots of darkness and that which is festering behind the veil; by refusing to acknowledge the shadow that is only getting bigger and bigger every time you refuse it, you are being led down a fool’s path.
The light speaks of evil because it sees it.
Many people claim to be channels of sources of light, like Christ or archangels or spirit guides, but even Jesus would have a thing or two to say about all the evil in today’s world.
Other teachings will tell you that there is no God, or that God speaks to no one these days to warn us of the evil in the world. God has always had oracles. He’s always had his prophets and messengers. If someone is an oracle of God, trust that he will have some things to say about the evil that is spreading like wildfire.
Watch out.
Evil lurks quietly in the shadows, like a mighty lion waiting for prey.
The only reason God still speaks about the evil of the world is that he is merciful. By telling us these things, we can keep our eyes open and not fall asleep. By knowing these things, you can use discernment in everything you consume.
But instead of seeking God’s wisdom and protection, the new age movement is now redirecting people away from God by telling them they themselves are gods and goddesses and have no need for God.
Such lies!
We’re no gods! Gods don’t bleed and die. We played no part in creating the heavens and the earth. We didn't help in tying the sun and the moon into the sky. We didn't command the various plants of the earth to sprout out of the ground.
We’re no gods, but we are of God.
False teaching will avoid telling you what’s truly going on so you can close your eyes and go to sleep when the darkness comes. It’s all one big tactic to strip people of their protection so they’re easy to target, attack, or manipulate.
Don't believe the lies.
We’re still human and need divine protection every day.
When you spot something in the shadows, don’t run. Why run? When you run from it, it doesn’t go away. It stays and feeds on your energy, thoughts, and your emotions until it’s big enough to stand before you and ask for a fight! Spot the shadow while it’s small, go into the darkness and make peace with it and then let it out into the light. Then you’ll be more of the light.
When you see something that’s the opposite of good, call it what it is — evil.
3. It Appears Without Fault
If you are sensitive, you can pick up on my energy as I type these words. If you’re highly sensitive, you may pick up on my intentions. If something feels off, your spirit will be stirred and you will feel unsettled.
Everything is energy.
If a person appears to be like an angel, always full of light and never with fault or darkness, always happy, jolly, and positive, almost appearing as innocent as a dove, you may need to use discernment.
No human is completely innocent all the time except for the newborn baby.
No one is without fault.
If you listen to a teaching from someone who seems overly innocent or overly pure, question why they are trying so hard to appear that way. Tilt your head a bit or close your eyes for a second and you may see what you couldn't see.
The only reason someone will want to appear innocent is that they are not.
The tongue will lie. The face will lie. The personality will lie and even the eyes, which are the window to the soul, will lie if it’s willed, but energy will not lie.
With your God-given spiritual senses, you'll be able to see through it all.
The new age movement came to save many of us from the destruction of religion, only to lead many right back into the distractions of a new age.
Truly I tell you, you don’t need any of it.
You don't need anyone or anything to be the middleman between you and God or whatever it is you believe in. Create a suitable environment within yourself for Spirit and you can cultivate the light of truth from within and it will shine for those around you to see, piercing every darkness and vanquishing all the evil that hides behind the veil.
