Summary

The text discusses the importance of distinguishing between inspired and forced actions based on vibrational alignment to ensure positive outcomes and alignment with one's desires.

Abstract

The article "How to Know if an Action Is Inspired or Forced" emphasizes the significance of taking actions that are in vibrational alignment with one's desires. It defines forced actions as those taken from a place of lack, fear, or desperation, which often lead to undesirable results and increased resistance. In contrast, inspired actions stem from a high vibrational state, where one feels good, hopeful, and excited, leading to outcomes that are more in line with one's aspirations. The text suggests that being in tune with one's intuition is crucial for discerning between the two and that co-creating with the universe involves taking action when one feels an intuitive nudge, which typically results in success. The article advises individuals to assess their feelings before acting and to engage in self-care practices to ensure they are in a positive state of mind before proceeding with important actions.

Opinions

  • Forced actions, driven by negative emotions like fear or desperation, are unlikely to yield positive results.
  • Taking action from a low vibrational state can push desired outcomes further away.
  • Inspired actions are characterized by positive feelings such as fulfillment, anticipation, and satisfaction.
  • Intuition plays a key role in determining whether an action is inspired or forced.
  • Alignment with one's desires is essential for successful outcomes, and this alignment is often reflected in the ease and success of the action taken.
  • It is important to wait for the right moment and an intuitive nudge before taking significant actions.
  • Self-worth and belief in one's desires can influence the success of an action.
  • The universe can provide confirmation for whether an action is the right course to take if one is patient and attuned.
  • The article positions itself as providing spiritual guidance and lighthearted content rather than definitive solutions.

How to Know if an Action Is Inspired or Forced

It's all about the vibrational alignment

A Forced Action

Whatever action you take from a place of lack, fear, or desperation is forced action. Your mind may not agree, but it’s the mind’s way of trying to control situations that are out of your control.

If you’re in a low vibration where you’re feeling defeat, despair, lack, powerlessness, or fear, that is not the place to take any action. It almost never goes well and leaves you stressed, anxious, and worried.

Taking action from this space, you’ll most likely get a result that reflects how you feel.

The more you try to make something happen — love, abundance or success — when it's not the right time for it to happen, the more you push that thing away from you.

You push it away because, from a place of fear, lack, and desperation, you're not in alignment to receive what you want.

And the more you try to force it to happen, the more resistance you create and the harder things become.

The more you try to force something to happen, the harder it is for it to actually happen.

An Inspired Action

An inspired action is when you're vibrating so high that you feel so good taking the action. You feel good in relation to your desires regardless of whether you have them or not.

Inspired actions happen from a soft nudge, a tug, or a pull from the soul to do something. There is usually a sense of fulfillment, anticipation and satisfaction when you're taking inspired action.

Instead of taking the action from a place of fear or desperation, you take the action from a place of hope and excitement.

There is no stressing about it, no worrying about the outcome, and simply hope for the best the universe has to offer.

The closer you’re in touch with your intuition, the easier it is going to be to discern if the action is inspired or forced.

When you're connected to your intuition, there's no rush to act. You wait for the right moment and you take the action when you get the intuitive nudge to do it, and it almost always goes your way.

It goes the way you hoped because you're aligned with your desires. It goes your way when you listen to your wise inner guidance. Then you co-create with the universe to build the life you desire.

The closer you are in touch with your intuition, the easier it is going to be to discern if the action is inspired or forced.

The Right Action

Before you take an action, take a moment to ask yourself how you truly feel about the action you're about to take. Be brutally honest with yourself.

If you're in a place where you feel good and aren’t worried about whether you get what you want, you are in alignment and should move on with that inspired action. If you’re in alignment, it can work out with no resistance because you’re a vibrational match with the object of your desire.

But if you feel a lack, if you feel impatient, or desperate, if there’s even a bit of fear, you’re out of alignment.

If you're out of alignment, you’ll most likely miss or mess it up.

If you can help it, wait until you feel good to take the action.

Do something to ground yourself and get your energy right. Engage in practices that remind you of your worth. Tell yourself you're worthy and deserving of the thing you want and believe it.

Sometimes the mind will play games. It will make you feel as if an action is inspired when it is in fact being forced because it's trying to control the outcome.

If you're not sure how you truly feel about the action you’re to take, you can try asking the universe to send you a confirmation and if you're patient, you will get your confirmation whether that action you're about to take is the right course of action to take.

If you’re not in high vibration, don’t take the action yet. Wait until you are feeling good within yourself and you will be successful.
