3 Signs of a Person Destined to Be a Spiritual Teacher
The more they know, the more they realize how much they don’t know
1. Spiritual Understanding Comes Naturally
The most important truths of the universe are hidden so the masses of people would never advance mentally, evolve spiritually, and discover their true power. A spiritual teacher searches for the truth and brings it to the people along with their power. He goes within and without and finds the hidden truths and brings them to share with the people.
A person destined to be a spiritual teacher is a very old soul and, therefore, well versed in understanding the mysteries of the universe. They research tirelessly, learn endlessly, and acquire a vast amount of knowledge, but the more they know, the more they realize how much they do not know.
They've accepted their fate. They will learn until they take their very last breath.
They're always learning spiritual knowledge, but spiritual understanding comes naturally. They don't have to try too hard to understand or force anything. They were created and destined to teach and their work excites them.
A true spiritual teacher is spiritually gifted.
They understand the spiritual laws and commandments on a spiritual level and make it easy for people to understand spiritual phenomena. They can comprehend strange things and are familiar with the supernatural and the otherworldly. They help us wrap our minds around tough and complicated subjects.
They know how to bring spiritual messages into the physical so every soul can comprehend and understand. They don't need big and fancy words. They make even the complicated mysteries easy and simple for all to understand.
Their deep spiritual knowledge, wisdom, and understanding vanquish fear and darkness from the heart of man, and their words heal and soothe troubled souls. They bring life, light, and love into the world, regardless of the darkness flowing through it.
They help to bring about the spiritual evolution of others. It’s their soul’s mission to assist souls in evolving and advancing to the next stage of their lives.
The heart of a true spiritual teacher is as big as the skies. They seek to help the heart of the world. They have love in their heart for all of divinity and humanity. They have no trace of hate or evil in their heart.
You will never catch a true spiritual teacher spreading fear or being overly negative or pessimistic about life. They keep their gaze on the light and so they always see a way out of the darkness.
2. Sensitive Yet Deeply Grounded
Many people are easily affected by the world and reactive to their feelings. They let their feelings control their actions. A spiritual teacher on the other hand is highly sensitive and feels everything, but they don't react to everything. They have self-control and can therefore control themselves and their feelings.
They choose their battles, and they choose them wisely. They take their time to respond to situations.
When others feel overwhelmed and on the verge of exploding, they take a step back to think before reacting or responding. They’re able to remain calm and in control of what they have control over. They don’t force or control things that are outside of their control. They only control themselves because it’s the only thing they know they can control.
This makes them grounded and reliable in every situation.
Because of this, they're the best people to have around when times are trying. They keep a level head and inspire you to do the same. They remember to breathe and remind you to. They keep their sight on the light and when the darkness surrounds them; they surrender control and retreat.
A true spiritual teacher is no fool. They are very wise, but never in their own eyes. Their wisdom comes from a higher power.
They believe in something much bigger than themselves. They know who their battle is against and it is against skin and bones, so they've learned how to pray when they need help.
They don’t assume to know everything and never need help. They surrender when they have no control and pray in times of trouble. When they pray, they feel grounded and empowered. They are given the strength to persevere and lead people out into the light of the day.
It is in their sensitivity that they can pray for guidance and assistance and in their groundedness that they never fall down when the storm comes.
3. Never Playing The Role of Judge
You can tell a true spiritual teacher by their fruit. They will not judge others, no matter what. They know that judging reveals more about the person doing the judging than it does the person being judged.
They refrain at all costs.
A spiritual teacher is aware of the dangers of judging others, so they don't pass judgment on anyone. They know their place in this universe. They know the work they're here to do. It's to teach but never to play the role of judge.
They are highly aware that there’s only one true judge who searches the hearts of men to see what's there and so they leave the judgment to the judge and they focus on teaching.
They have their own beliefs and even if they don't believe what others believe in; they don't judge or try to mock or belittle them. They respect the spiritual beliefs of everyone and don't force theirs on them.
They say what they need to say boldly with kindness and humility and allow people to make their own choices. They know how to agree to disagree to allow peace to prevail.
They're evolved souls and have eliminated all forms of judgment from their hearts. They understand that everyone is doing the best they can with what they have.
Also — Not Caring For The Extra Things
If it doesn't make them feel love, peace, joy, or happiness, then they want anything to do with it.
They don't care for all the other things and are unimpressed by the material things.
They would be impressed by the material if they took those things with them when they die, but they know if they have to leave it all behind, then it must not matter enough.
But don't get it mistaken. Some spiritual teachers are abundant and use their wealth to assist humanity. You may never find this out because a true spiritual teacher will not tell the world what they've done to help another person.
When a true spiritual teacher does good with their right hand, their left hand never hears about it, so you may never know. This is not because they don't like praise and recognition, but they understand that if they get praise and recognition from men, then they've already gotten their reward. They aim for a much bigger reward that cannot be given by man. Besides, they find joy when they're able to help in secrecy.
They place higher importance on non-material things such as love, joy, peace, and harmony and the passion they have for their work of making the world a better place. Their ability to put a smile on someone else’s face is worth much more than praise and recognition.
They know they’re stuck here on the earth for a while, so they make good use of their time by doing the work they came here to do. To teach and write their story in truth. The truth sets them and everyone else free so they teach nothing but the truth.
