The sunshine streaming through the windows this afternoon beckoned me outside to discover spring’s beauty. Nature’s light is my eternal friend, holding me with love every day.
Walking in our garden is like a pilgrimage to another land awaiting discovery. There is always something worth noticing.
While taking in the glorious music of birdsong, I walked beneath a familiar evergreen in the furthest corner. The delicate pink blooms cascading down invited me to drink in their irresistible scent.
Sweet nectar was nature’s gift to me today.
I had no idea these flowers smelled so delicious. It is fascinating what you can discover while tiptoeing through nature. Things you passed by for years seem to catch you by surprise.
Even though I can feel tired towards the afternoon, bright sunshine and a dose of floral beauty always revive my senses. My garden is a balm for my spirit every day.

I appreciate each one of you for taking the time to read and respond to my work as well as our fellow writers. I feel blessed to know all of you. Sometimes it seems we may have known each other in another lifetime, as I feel close to you all, like my soul-family.
