The Beautiful Cherry Blossoms Splashed Color In My Life
Flowering trees bring joy to our lives

What flowering trees mean to me
Look at the lovely pink cherry blossoms. They bring joy and positivity to our lives.
When I look at them I feel like throwing my hands up in excitement and happiness.
These flowers are in bunches and clusters adding color to the environment. It makes it so pleasing to look at it.
The bunches cooperate with each other like human beings would in a group. They follow group dynamics and work like a team member. Each one blooms and smiles. It does its duty by staying erect and blooms and then fades away.
A flower does not think of competing with the flower next to it. It just blooms. — Zen Shin
Travel to Vancouver
I traveled to Vancouver this summer at the end of June 2022. The Queen’s park was opposite my niece's house where I stayed. Early morning I saw these beautiful pink cherry blossoms. The trees were full of them.
I also saw maple trees. They had leaves on them that changed color from white to rust and red and it fascinated me.
There are many other flowering trees around us. The Golden Shower makes the whole environment bright and golden. We also have the Gulmohars that are flaming orange and red.
I also get fascinated seeing the Jacarandas.
These days Delhi has flowering frangipani all over in white and pink.
All these flowering trees bring color to my life. Do they also bring happiness to you? A sense of positivity and happiness.
How about writing about flowering trees in our lives this week?
Flowers don’t worry about how they’re going to bloom. They just open up and turn toward the light and that makes them beautiful. — Jim Carrey
Life lessons from flowering trees
Life is like flowering trees. Let us open up and be warm and more receptive to each other. We should love and care for each other.
Live a life of love and happiness. Life is short. Kick it! Jump and lift yourself to catch the ball and put it in the net.
Wow! Be inspired and win. Many people suffer from ailments and yet smile and keep others inspired.
They are just like flowering trees in my life.
Flowers do not care for their life. They are going to die soon. We plant them, nourish them and give manure to them.
The trees live on and are adorned by these bunches of flowers only in one season during the year.
They grow and flower on the trees and give us happiness. They make the world happy.
Our Prompt for the first week of October is Flowering Trees.
Last week of September
The prompt for the last week of September was on what stars mean to you.
I would like to say that from the time I started this column on nature, I have got even more deeply attached to it. There are many things I did not observe that I observe now. Believe me, I have learned so much from your stories.
When I read your stories and perspectives on nature I feel even closer to you and to nature. I feel that we should have more people in our family to get them connected to nature. We cannot even breathe without nature and yet we do not observe it properly.
Your posts on stars bowled me over. The other nature posts were beautiful too. I learned so much. I am sure you will too when you read the posts.
Posts on the theme STARS⭐✨
An amazing post. In love with the stars and reading about Fatima’s experience with them. Stars never give a dull moment and motivate us. They do not discriminate between people nor do they compete with each other. Each one has a special place.
Josephine came in contact with many movie actors called stars but she fell in love only with the twinkling stars that shine in nature and those that spread beautiful words expressed through their lovely stories. It takes two to tango. I love these twinkling night stars too.
I have learned so much from William who put the stars under the microscope and then analyzed them. I loved to learn about his perspective stating that those stars are our life, they tell us about life. See how we cast light on each other like the stars.
I am enthralled with Jupiter and its four moons and Saturn. I am learning and feeling the depth of nature. It is taking me to another world. The milky way is so special. Please do keep sharing your lovely insights.
Joyce has explained about Orion being her friend and she can talk to it as well. I learned about it and also about Venus. She has also described ‘The Milky Way’, These stars are stealing my heart as I am getting to learn more about them. Read and enjoy.
It touched my heart on seeing this new perspective on a ‘star’. Certainly who needs to look at stars when you have a star in front of you? She wrote such a wonderful tribute to her father.
Nature Posts
I loved part 1 and part 2 of Elder Taoists' posts about the green frog Freddie and how it played hide and seek. Have you ever seen a green frog? In the beautiful picture, he took and he saved the frog’s life even though it played havoc with his plants.
Hawaii is heaven on earth. You will believe me when you read Wendi’s article and see the amazing pictures of flowers. Read the description of the birds of paradise, the cat’s whiskers, and Plumeria and you will be fascinated.
Such a lovely post. Neera has written about how much the family enjoys going to the sea and having fun splashing around in the water and going to picnics too in Australia where she lives. Having an Indian background she relates that she nearly lost her life when she fell in the water and she did not know how to swim then.
A fantastic story of camping and lazing around in nature enjoying a cup of coffee together in the morning and the rising sun. Nature makes you feel its beauty and relax.
This is such a beautiful nature story with Elder Taoist’s experiences of surviving alone and his day-to-day movement and adventure in nature. I was hooked to the pictures and his experiences in boats, canoes, stormy and calm weather, and clouds.
I would like to request you read all the posts of each other. I have read every post. If you read each other’s posts you have a double benefit. you can enjoy the beauty of nature and you will get views and reads too will increase.
I have seen that those whose posts were read by fellow writers definitely had an increase in their views, comments, and claps.
