We have been programmed to follow limiting beliefs of our society’s making.

We have been taught to make ourselves smaller for the comfort of others.

But we also have the power to wake up from the rut and set new beliefs that actually serve us.

Whatever you believe to be true constructs your reality. Choose the truths that support your dreams and goals, not crush them.

You teach people how to treat you by how you treat yourself.

The all-forgiving and all-consuming love starts within you.

Treat people with kindness and respect, but set clear boundaries of what you tolerate. Saying ‘no’ is the biggest form of self-care.

Smile at the reflection in the mirror. Praise yourself. Compliment others. Learn to feel comfortable alone. Like yourself. You can only meet people on the same level you meet yourself.

What you permit, you promote. Believe you deserve better, and the world will reflect those beliefs.

Your tribe determines your success.

Most of the time, it doesn’t matter what you are doing, but who you are doing it with.

Are there people in your environment who cut your wings, doubt you, or make you doubt yourself? Cut them out from your life and stop giving the power over your success.

Surround yourself with people who build you up, not tear your dreams apart.

The right tribe will gravitate towards your authentic vibes. Toxic people will fall away.

There is no rejection. There is only redirection.

You cannot avoid rejection altogether. Embrace it. Even better. Change the perception of it.

There are no wrong choices. Only experiments in life. You will always get what you deserve, one way or the other.

There are no mistakes. Wrong turns make for bountiful lessons.

When you look at rejection as a form of new opportunities, you become bolder.

Life is happening for you.

When you perceive life as a struggle, it is exactly what you will receive.

When you are stuck in anger, resentment, pain, and sadness, you are not moving your boat forward. Victim mentality is comfortable, but it won’t get you anywhere near the life you deserve.

When you look at obstacles as opportunities in a new direction, life will serve you.

Whatever you think may be happening. How bad it may seem, you never know the bigger picture.

Every situation has the potential to break your spirits. It is your attitude that determines the outcome of it.

Allow yourself to be happy here and now.

When you open your eyes, feel the miracle of being alive.

Happiness is not waiting for you at your next job, next relationship or holiday destination. Happiness is never about reaching the next fascinating stage of your life.

Happiness is about seeing what has always been at your feet with a new set of eyes.

You are the one who stands in the way of your happiness by coming up with excuses why your dreams may not work or how somebody else has it better than you.

Stop looking over the fence and admire somebody else’s garden. Tend to your own seeds — your thoughts.

The only limit is you.

If you entertain doubts, you impose limitations upon yourself. But when your mind becomes your ally, literally the sky becomes the limit.

Nobody has the power to restrict your growth. If you believe in yourself, everything is possible.

Remind yourself that you are limitless and get to change your reality throughout what you think and feel.

When you let go of limiting beliefs and people’s expectations, the quality of your life soars.

Your life is as good as you allow it to be.

Keep it private.

Don’t tell people about your dreams.

Work on yourself for yourself. Get better because you believe you deserve better, not to prove somebody wrong.

Live the life you want to live. Not to show off, but to genuinely feel happy.

Practice the art of letting go.

When you detach yourself from the emotional burden toxic situations and people carry, you welcome new energy into your life.

Letting go provides you with health, freedom, and peace of mind.

True surrender is an unbounded trust in your ability to choose the right actions and that you’re always exactly where you’re supposed to be.

Letting go of people, material clutter, memories is not a luxurious type of therapy. It is a necessity.

Solitude is your friend.

It is good to vibe alone for a while. You will realize a lot; what drives your motivations, what carries meaning in your life.

Feel secure alone. Find comfort in solitude. When you embrace fear from loneliness, you beat it.

When you discover your identity in the silence and solitude of your own presence, that is when you are no longer seduced by the external world and that is when you experience true freedom.

Dwelling on the past holds you captive.

It doesn’t matter who you were ten years ago. All that matters is what you choose to do with the present moments.

Your current actions and thoughts define you. Not your past choices. They led you to where you are now, but what you do with the now determines your future.

Don’t waste your present moment reminiscing what should have been done. Use the power of the now to make better choices with the cards you have left.

If you want to change your life, you need to abandon the old you. Old habits. Old thinking. Old reactions.

Think new thoughts. Feel new emotions. Take new actions.

Rules of life are easy.

Executing them is tricky because of what we have been taught to follow. Yet, it is never too late to change your mindset.

Low self-esteem is a learnt behaviour.

Victim mentality is a learnt behaviour.

Wake up from the rut of your own making. That’s a nice place, but you deserve more than just nice.
