Stop compare and take action

Start to take action now! Before it’s too late. What I mean late? Being late is something many people do with their lives. They don’t make the right choices. They regret not acting in the things they wanted. That has as an outcome of being depressed with their decision.

Why we see that many titles and articles about psychology. The answer is because now we started to understand it. We begin to expand in more prominent societies, with more people than the older years, when the community was close as a family of 10 people or a population of 100. Still, those people, at least some of them were depressed or had some psychological issues, but they weren’t known or because they didn’t have were to turn to, or they didn’t have any other solution.
With the internet and the information and more significant societies, it’s easy to find help for every problem you have. One more thing that psychology took off this time is that scientists and psychologists the last 100 with 50 years start to understand psychology fully and put in our vocabulary these kinds of diseases that affect the mind.
Furthermore, the time we live right now has put our lives in more significant needs. Consuming has made us work more (for money). Work more means less time. Less time means that we pressure ourselves to do more stuff and be more productive with our days, which negatively affects our psychological health. We have external forces putting us to a lower mindset. The outcome of this is lower self-esteem. Self-confidence. Self-Reliance. Then the mind trick as with our needs. With the things we want. We work a 9–5 job, which alone is stressful. We scroll on Instagram in our time off and for example.
Model laying in swimming pool, under the hot sun, reading books and next to her is a dog, and next to that dog, grass, nice car.
The only truth in that scene is that model (not 100% sure though) has entered the pool in this photoshoot. The other stuff is fake.) She’s hot under the hot sun the same as the dog. I’m sure 100% she not even read the title of the book. And the location and the beautiful car isn’t hers.
Our mind tricks as to desire that scene.
We are to a 9–5 job during the summer. We wish summertime vacation and a beautiful beach. We see the result, and we want that result. I will tell you this.
Take the richest guy on earth.
I will not tell you one. I will tell you five. Jeff Bezos Bill Gates Mark Zuckerberg Warren Buffet Queen of England.
From those five, the only one who can be on a beach reading a book with a dog next to her and a nice car after the dog. Is the queen of England. Why? Because she has 50.000.000 taxpayers. The other four they work not only 9–5 they work from 6:00 in the morning till 22:00. Why? To sustain their wealth and fortune. Not only that. At that time, other problems from external forces come to their lives.
Exp. Mark’s wife was not in the mood this morning. Exp. Gates’s little kid fought at school. Exp. A drone was delivering a package and dropped to someone’s head and died, and now he has a lawsuit among the other ten other lawsuits. 10 different news and blogging sites write about that and Amazon stock fell 10 units.
Little problems like this happen all the time like you. You work, and your mother calls you that she doesn’t feel well and went to the hospital. Or to those who have kids. I remember my principal calling my dad when he was working to inform him that i hit my head and went to the hospital. The only difference between you and Mark. Is Facebook company (the status which he has in the world) which i think in the sitatuion he is right now he’d preffered doing something else. Plus, some billions of papers mark $ sitting somewhere to a digital stock fund, which can do nothing. I prefer my life as it is even though i don’t drive a Bugatti. But I can though it costs only 2.000$ for a race, Nurburgring.
That why minimalism starting to appear.

Yes, you see Jeff Bezos driving a Bugatti. Of course, he drives a Bugatti what you wanted to drive? He is a billionaire. But believe me. He drives it like you. Like you, drive your car to go to your work and back home. (i don’t think he drives a Bugatti though, its a figure of speech to make your understand and realize the situation)
Minimalism started because of the stress happening to our life with our stuff.
Example. You live in a big city like new york. You have an average salary, but you won a Porsche, and you live in the wrong neighborhood of Brooklyn. What would you do? Could you leave your car outside? And find it the next morning? Here where I stay, it’s a big city too. I parked my car outside of my home, precisely outside of my entrance, and I couldn’t sleep at night, worrying if someone tried to steal it or scratch it.
Not only that, but I also pass the same stress to my girlfriend, who stayed to me that night.
We have continuous external exposure in our lives. (from social media and the internet)
Bill Gates, for example, lived in the same period as my dad. When he was 40, he was the youngest billionaire. My dad saw it once, and he never saw it again.
If I open my browser and the Facebook news feed, i don’t see anything else but Bill Gates. And all the excellent articles about him. How he manages his life. How he made his billions. We have that exposure to what others did. The exporsure of what others have. The exposure of what should we do in our lives.
We don’t see what we desire and want. We compare ourselves to others.
But I have good news for you. I will explain to you how to start changing things in your life.
