Three Reasons you should start taking action

Why should you start taking action?
It’s an easy question to answer, and I’m going to give you three reasons why you should start doing this yesterday!
No matter what your situation is, you only have one life. It doesn’t matter if you are ill or fat or depressed. It would be best if you started doing something about those things that bother you.
- If it’s your body, you must take action and go to the gym or take a diet.
- If it’s your family that makes you worry, you should at least start discussing it with them for your own sake!
- If it’s money, the problem, and you don’t have enough for your expenses, the most natural thing that comes to mind if you don’t have any money is to take a calculator and finance your situation. (the 2nd is going to a logistic you can pay as cheap as 20$ to do that kind of job for you and explain you the situation)
- Maybe you will need a 2nd job to make extra! Myself at this time where I’m writing this article, I already have two jobs that I’m doing, and not only that, I make time to read and write on medium too.
- So if I’m capable enough to do it, anyone can!
The 1st reason to start acting!
Is the psychological
I can not stress it enough! How important it is nowadays psychology in our life that almost 70% of Americans are in some anti-depressant medication.
The moment you start losing that weight, you feel accomplished.
The moment you start eating healthy, you feel accomplished.
The moment you start, make an extra dollar! Just 1$, you feel accomplished.
The moment you start talking to the person you like and didn’t do it for a year, you feel pleasure, happiness, and accomplishment.
The moment you start doing one more job or just one more thing, you feel more productive.
All of those are feeling that make our life and reality easier.
Think about how bad it is to start looking at T.V. All day.
Is Social behavior
We, as homo-sapiens, are sociological animals. We need to communicate, and now with the smartphone and internet and social media, this need has become even more valuable.
You sit alone in a room, in at least 1 hour more or less, you will start looking for the phone to text someone, your friend, and your girlfriend, or your parents.
To take it to the extreme.
You live alone in a village.
The moment you see a cat or a dog or some kind form of life, you will start feeding it, of course, and if it’s a dog, you will have its company or put him in your own house to don’t feel alone.
Loneliness is a powerful sentiment!
I’m either the time that I’m sitting here and doing this writing. I’m doing it to communicate with people on the internet, to pass my idea and opinion.
Even if I stay at home for 1 or 2 days, I can’t sit any longer. I go out for a walk to see some people stay for a coffee or say hi to someone.
So social engagement is a compelling thing to start acting.
Is Health
I will not stop saying almost to all my articles about health that health is the most valuable thing anyone can have. If you don’t have your health. you can’t do anything else.
- You can’t work.
- You can’t communicate.
- You can’t make your life.
- You can’t have a social life.
- You can’t have a good psychological state.
If it’s diabetes, really go to a doctor to fix your insulin. Please Don’t Leave it. It’s a tough and wrong thing to live with one leg.
Suppose you lost it in war. i understand it wasn’t in your power to do something. But it’s a horrible thing to be reckless with your life, especially nowadays where the health system is better than ever!
If it’s your heart, go to a doctor even if you live in a worse city in America. He will not diagnose your problem, but at least he can prescribe some H.F. medication. It is better than not to wake up the next day.
