Self-discovery Through Poetry Challenge Prompt:- 7

Greetings poets,

I hope you are enjoying the prompts of the Lifeline Poetry Challenge. If you didn’t read the first six prompts, here you can find out the previous prompts.

Today’s the seventh day of the poetry challenge. Thanks for sharing your beautiful creations every day. I enjoy reading and publishing your beautiful stories.

Today’s prompt is special for me because this is related to nature. I love spending time in nature. When I spend my time in nature, I feel more alive and think clearly. Nature gives me a chance to have some peace in life.

Do you remember the last time when you sat quietly?

Do you remember the moment when you are just sitting calmly and exploring your inner self?

These days, we don’t spend more time with ourselves because we are constantly busy doing or improving our lifestyle. Therefore, we don’t find some time to spend with ourselves.

“The starting point of discovering who you are, your gifts, your talents, your dreams, is being comfortable with yourself. Spend time alone. Write in a journal. Take long walks in the woods.”

- Author: Robin S. Sharma

To make relationships with others, you first have to make a relationship strong with yourself. Until you don’t know yourself fully, how would you know others?

To know yourself, you have to spend time with yourself. Discover yourself by spending time alone.

Today’s prompt is,

Write a poem about a feeling you feel when the last time you sat quietly and simply observe your thoughts and feelings?

Many times, when I found stuck in my life. I give myself some time to myself to take a pause and think. I sit down quietly and take a deep breath. I give myself some time to relax and take another perspective on life.

It’s a great practice to keep yourself calm in difficult times. Even, I found most of the great topics to write in thoughts that I wrote in my journal when I was observing things.

Your mind will have more ideas when you are surrounded by nature. Nature is the best healer. When I found myself in the struggle of life, when I lost my all hope, I try to go near to nature.
