PS: I lean into my faith in Christ, always, and I refer back to the Bible and resources I trust to help me learn and understand to the best of all our abilities… I also lean into the life experiences and teachings I have had becoming a LMT, Yoga Instructor, Herbalist, Health Coach, etc. and trust that God was guiding me then, now, and always.

I also highly recommend an ‘everyday’ journal as well as a gratitude journal. Perhaps even ones that offer measuring what IIN calls Primary Food: Life Work Love etc. It may also help to have a check-list — I know for me, waking up some days was hard and doing more to stay motivated and ‘moving’ forward was hard, but a check list to cross off daily was how I continued showed-up for myself as best I could…

Food and Laughter are good Medicine…

So much I can share with you, but it is your journey. Please let me know if I can help and God Bless you. My heart breaks for you and I pray for your healing.
